Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a charming cabin! Secluded from all the hectic traffic and set in a quiet neighborhood, but a short drive to beaches. We’ve stayed at dozens of VRBOs, but this was the cleanest, most quiet place we’ve been to. Nicole has thought of everything a guest should need. And we loved all the mermaid theming! Highly recommend the Zen Cabin!

Zen Cabin

Common amenities (i.e. kitchen utensils, silverware and dishes; spices and condiments; toilet paper; etc.) for our stay were plentiful. The Zen Cabin is located near many major highways, making for easy access to the Tampa Bay area (to the north), the Sarasota Bay area (to the south), or “cracker country” (to the east).

Given the extensive time and care that was shown for your stay due to chemical sensitivity between brand new bed sheets to avoid chemical residue, all towels washed washed in hypoallergenic detergent, wool dryer balls, removal of all scented candles, essential oils, specific cleaning agent used for the home, a special allergen AC filter purchased from a supply house and installed the day of your arrival, that somehow your stay still managed to miss the mark. Your satisfaction is my top priority which is stated in the welcome message “ I work very hard to ensure that your stay is a 5 star experience. If at any point during your stay this is not the case, immediately reach out so that I may resolve it”. There was no communication during/after checkin or throughout your stay nor did you give any feedback in the thread until your review. If you do not communicate with your host during your stay they cannot resolve any concerns you may have had. Disappointed at the missed opportunity to ensure total guest satisfaction.

The house is well stocked with the essentials but it was the extras that made it special. Nightlights, Beach needs, bedside lights, and more. Above and beyond any rental we have ever used!
