Amazing Bed and breakfast with such lovely hosts. Beautiful breakfasts in the morning and nice tidy property. Will definitely come back and it is in a great location. A+

Very nice house and had great time with owners husband American so English speaking wife Filipina so able to speak in English and Tagalog.. seen sights around town and had great conversation at dining table.. would recommend anyone coming from from USA to stay there..

The host Liezel, was very accommodating but the Bathroom, ac, need improvement…there was no sink , toilet cover needs to be replaced, the common toilet was always flooded and there were plenty of cockroaches…

Interesting to note that the previous guest left a 5/5 rating and on another website we are Superhosts with about 70 guests rating us from 4.8 - 5.0 and commenting that the rooms were spotlessly cleanHmmmm, so what went wrong?Let's go complaint by complaint.1) the bathroom and ac need improvement.Reply The bathroom is large with high quality tile from floor to ceiling. The ac is a top brand split unit and if set properly with the remote, is ice cold.2)there was no sink and toilet cover needs to be replaced Reply: There is a sink as shown in the pictures of the room. The toilet cover (seat) had a broken screw and could move to one side if pushed. That has now been fixed.3)the common toilet was always flooded and there were plenty of cockroaches.Reply: The common toilet is a shower room so of course has a wet (not flooded) floor. Because it’s a wet area it’s possible that 1 or 2 cockroaches (the word plenty is an exaggeration) got in but would be killed by our maintenance crew when cleaning the room.Conclusion: in speaking with a representative of the website we were told that it is not uncommon for someone to leave negative feedback in order to lower a rating and help a competitor.

This was one of the best at home feeling stay we had during our 1 week tour in Leyte. Liezel and family are very accommodating and kind. We arrived past 2am and they do not have a problem with our check in. Our room was ready and as soon as we woke up in the morning our breakfast was ready. I highly recommend this place if you are vising Palompon/Kalanggaman area. The safe is place, food is good and the people you are living with are amazing.

Cecillia and her family were wonderful guests. Due to circumstance they arrived at 2am and were very appreciative that we waited up and welcomed them at such a late hour. There was an immediate connection between her family and ours that was unmistakable and the whole visit was like a re-bonding of long lost relatives.
