I usually have good experience at Holiday Inn, and that is why I always look to stay on their properties, however Holiday Inn in Pampa TX was the worst choice ever, rooms are dirty, door protection devices were broken (room 205), dust everyhwere on the room, furniture is ripping apart, lamps had no light bulbs, not enough plugs, they offered breakfast from 7 to 10, however looks like they only fill their trays once, if you are not early enough you wont get the promised breakfast, no one attending the breakfast area, I have family in Pampa and will continue to visit the town but I will be looking to other lodging options, not sure if I will pause my relation with Holiday inn in other places because of this but absolutely will do when I go back to Pampa.

Best choice for a great rest

This is our second time to stay here and this trip confirmed we will continue to stay here each time we come to Pampa. The staff here was above reproach. Everything regarding our room was wonderful My only 2 complaints are the first floor air conditioner wasn’t working. It appeared to really affect the front desk personnel, but they were troopers. My second issue was the fact that the pool was extremely cold and the spa was out of order. After a long day of driving we were looking forward to relaxing in either and it just wasn’t possible. Thank you to the staff for all your hard work. Housekeeping staff was extremely wonderful

Swimming pool was open but, heater was not working, hot tub was being painted. 2nd floor ice machine was a not working. Staff were friendly and open, hot breakfast is very good and lots of fresh items. Room was clean and smelled good.

We chose this motel specifically because of the indoor pool. We were NOT told or was it stated that the pool was drained and Inoperative. Very upset

:No hot water in the bath/shower. Safety latch on door broken. Light bulb in lamp burned out. Pool out of order, unable to use. Staff inaccessible. Unable to contact manager. Definitely not worthy of the Holiday Inn Express name.

The worst mattress I have ever had to sleep on. Springs or coils were completely compressed leaving the mattress with huge deformations and craters where your upper body lies. My head was lower than my feet. Could hardly sleep a wink and had it not been so late when I got to my room I would have asked to change rooms. I booked this room for two nights with my girlfriend staying there both days/nights and me the second night. She’s very modest and didn’t tell me till that night I was able to come in from work and sleep there. You do not want to sleep in room 323 unless they have swapped this mattress out. Everything else was as it’s supposed to be. Clean room and sheets.
