WARNING ⚠️ CALL JENNA'S BEFORE ARRIVING TO PANAJACHEL so they can arrange transportation from your taxi/bus to the hotel. The "TukTuks" (the only available transportation) should charge you around $25 Quetzales to take you to the hotel. Unfortunately some of the drivers take advantage of new tourists, and we were charged an exorbitant amount.
To JENNA'S staff: Please warn incoming guests about this.
Other than that, I'll let the other reviews speak for themselves. This place is beautiful and the staff are excellent.

It was awesome! It has a great view, good food, and also staff friendly. I would recommend it to whoever wants to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view.

The views amazing, the breakfast included is delicious, location is perfect & staff are friendly! I love it here and am glad I chose Jenna’s River Bed & Breakfast!

Big thanks to the manager, Yvan. Without him, we would be totally lost. He managed our tuk-tuk transportation to Panajachel and ordered our trips with a travel agency. Otherwise, unfortunately, I was disappointed. We bought the room/jurt because of the Lake Atitlan view promised in the description. Our room didn't have ANY view of Lake Atitlan!!! The place is not within walking distance from the city of Panajachel. Get ready to pay extra money for each transportation to the town and back. I understood it was a rustic area, but the room wasn't worth the money we paid.

We had a great 4 night stay at Jenna’s. Our room was small but comfortable and very clean and the view was amazing. We used the restaurant every night because we had been out all day and didn’t want to go out again to eat, but it was fine and the staff was so lovely. I’d totally recommend Jenna’s!
