This luxurious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo sleeps 13 and features 2 Gulf Front Master Suites. Plenty of space to bring the entire crew & vacation in style!

Includes 2 FREE beach service sets. 4 padded lounge chairs and 2 large umbrellas directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $80/day $480/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.


If you're looking for a spot that has an upscale experience with a homey feel, this is the place for you! With plenty of relaxing space indoors, and many amenities on site, Ocean Ritz has it all and is ready to give you a beach vacation for years to come! As you walk into this unit you will have a view of the kitchen, dining room and living room leading out to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The bar area seats 5 and is the perfect spot for making drinks before heading to the beach! The gorgeous dining room can seat 8. The living room features a Queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping room and has Sunbrella material! When going into the bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom. Each side features Gulf Front Suites. Both of them have King size beds with their own private access to the 500 sq. foot balcony. One of the guest bedrooms features 1 King bed & 1 Twin bed, and the other features a Bunk Room with 3 Full Size beds. Ocean Ritz has its own amenities on property such as a pool, spa, sauna, steam room, & fitness center. There is also 24 hour security and 2 elevators for your convenience and safety. Our initial booking process was seamless. Upon arrival at the property the parking was confusing and the parking deck was very very tight and difficult to maneuver. Had they provided a map of where we were supposed to park in our one parking spot that would have helped enormously. The numbers for each of the parking spots are very faded and need to be refreshed. After unloading our cars we went up to our unit and They had provided our door code in our email and it was not correct.Additionally the code for the pool was incorrect. I would add that the mgt company was immediately responsive and dealt with the mishaps expediently. If I could say anything to the management company, it would be that whoever they are hiring to clean the condos, they need to do a much better job. The washing machine seal along with the tray where you fill your detergent was laden with mold which we had to clean before we used it.

The property itself was very nice. We had a few issues when we arrived, which most were taken care of the next morning. The issue we had was with the A/C, i kept reporting to the condo management that it would not stay below 76 degrees, but no one came. Finally i reported it to the owner and they were there within an hour. Simple fix!

Perfect for our Family Trip
The property was just as described with enough space for 3 generations. The unit is comfortably furnished and supplied with everything we needed. The outdoor space is large and nicely furnished. The corner balcony was spacious and provided a perfect view of the beach and fireworks. We will definitely book this beautiful home again.

The location was perfect. The balcony is the best part of the condo. Property manager was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. Easy access to the beach. Air conditioning was great here as well. Downside of staying here is parking. Parking is terrible. The condo also needs thicker comforters for the beds. Other than that the stay was great.

I wished there were better check in instructions that told you exactly where to unload, get luggage carts, park, etc.. the garage is very tight so trying to maneuver it and figure out where you’re going was stressful. Aside from that, no major issues. The place was as described but could use a deep clean. The kitchen has enough to get you by but there weren’t any staple items like Salt/Pepper, coffee, etc. Along that same vein, there were no beach accessories like buckets, toys or floats in the unit. Im not knocking the host for either but some beach condos provide these and I wanted the next person to know! Location is great, be sure to walk across the street to The Daquiri Shack! The rental comes with 4 chairs (2 sets of 2 loungers w/umbrellas) which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Overall, the layout was perfect. The weather was amazing. Our only complaint was the condo was not as clean as it should have been when we arrived. After unpacking, all of our feet were dirty We bought our own mopping solution to clean the floors.

Great Place!
Stayed in 1103 with my brother, sister and our families and had a blast. Parking was a hassle but we figured it out (just pay for the duration of your stay in the paid lot of you have more than 1 vehicle, it will save you so much time and energy). The big beds were very comfortable but the kids did say that the bunk beds were annoyingly loud and creaky. Kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed, including an ice maker from the fridge which was a bonus. Best part was the balcony and the perfect view of the gulf!

The place is awesome! We’re so ecstatic with the view, over looking the ocean with breeze that soothes your soul. The rooms are big enough for family and friends, clean and neat. The property manager is nice and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely come back.

Nice porch but dirty.
This is not a place we plan on staying at again and heard this a lot from others this week. The parking was horrible if have more than 1 car. The elevators there is only 2 and takes forever to get up and down pretty much all day. The pool was extremely small and too crowded. The the actual condo was nice size, comfortable beds, room size was good, loved size of the patio and there was plenty of seats which was nice. But the condo was dirty. I cleaned the one vent was so bad, the kitchen and floors were also dirty when we checked in. The kitchen was a mess actually we had to organize it just to be able to find things.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the large balcony and the space in the condo. Unfortunately we were not notified of the new key pad and code to access condo prior to arrival and had to call emergency number. Also there was maintenance on the elevator so all 23 floors had to utilize 1 working elevator and lots of delays. The parking also was limited and not accurate.

Condo needs a new cleaning service. Upon arrival we found dried food stuck on the kitchen countertops, crumbs on the countertops, dirt and toenail clippings on living room floor and two bedroom floors, mold was growing in the master bedroom jet tub and two of the four toilets had black rings from not being cleaned. This is in addition to things like lamps, baseboards, toilet paper holders and the top of fridge being caked with dust. Also, we were not informed that one of the two elevators wouldn’t be working for maintenance (3-6month estimated down time) it took us 3 hours day of check in to get our belongings to our condo. With small children and elderly with us, this was a major issue. We will never stay at Ocean Ritz again.

Dirty! I don’t understand why they charge cleaning fee….when we clean condo!
Condo was so dirty!!! It was disgusting!!! Vomit looking drips on the walls, curtains, even ceiling. Upon arriving we told them that we have two highly allergic kids to dust and nothing! Vents were covered with fussy looking stuff. My husband had to vacuum all of them. All sinks were clogged, again, my husband had to unclog them so the water would go down. We literally went to Walmart, bought magic erasers, cleaning stuff and etc. Gave each child an eraser and they had to wash walls, doors and trims. In Owners place I would at least refund people who wrote review and mentioned that they had to clean the place! I would understand if it was small amount but it’s not and you have to clean! Maintenance guy Chris was really nice, polite and friendly. Upon arrival we had few broken things in the unit, he came up really quickly and fixed everything. Sofas was very dirty and we found not good things between the seats so we had to wash them so kids can sit on them. Floors were covered with sand. Vacuum that’s in the unit doesn’t do anything! We called our sister in law and she literally brought her vacuum cleaner so we can collect sand. Not enough blankets in the unit, bring extra. All kitchen cabinets were sticky, dirty and disgusting. Also elevator wasn’t working, it was desisted to catch a ride up or down. Pool was closed most of the week and hot tub didn’t work at all. They have to specify things like that when ppl rent! For the owners little advice, I know you don’t care or will take advice….but once in awhile pop in and check on the place and what you charge ppl for. It’s very upsetting when you pay, come and have to clean the place. Ppl who came after us…you are welcome, our kids cleaned condo for you. Enjoy your stay in somewhat clean condo.

Pool closed and elevators terrible.
The condo was not clean and when we needed assistance with the smoke alarms chirping it took them a day to come and check. The pool was closed because they were painting the building then at 8:00 am one morning we had to move all the furniture off the deck and put it in the living room so we had to leave for the day because we had no where to sit.

Overall the experience was great for our larger family! Spacious rooms and beds for all ages. Large balcony was a selling point for this rental. One broken elevator and building maintenance caused parking & loading/unloading complications. Public parking passes were purchased due to other guest experiencing similar issues while the building is being updated. Security was on site and very helpful with our parking. Within walking distance to many shops. Would rent again.
