THIS HOUSE SLEEPS 23 GUESTS COMFORTABLY AND OFFERS 7 BEDROOMS TOTAL, INCLUDING A BRAND NEW HONEYMOON SUITE WITH GULF VIEWS AND A LARGE BALCONY, 4 BATHS & AN XL LIVING ROOM, 2 FULLY STOCKED KITCHENS, 2 LAUNDRIES, 3 BALCONIES, 7 CAR PARKING, 2 outdoor showers, granite countertops and SS appliances.

Pet Policy: NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY! VIOLATING of this policy will result in the loss of all of the damage deposit ($1,300).

AGE REQUIREMENTS: All rentals are FAMILY accommodations. Any exceptions must be pre-approved. The primary renter (the booking party) booking this home must be a minimum of 25 years of age and that primary renter is responsible for all renters and must stay at the home for the length of the Rental Period. A valid Photo ID is required for all bookings. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or leave overnight during the length of the stay.

The cameras are being used to monitor activity around the property, helping to identify potential security risks and to protect our guests, staff and the owners. Itâs not permitted to cover, move the direction or touch the cameras for any reason without the ownerâs authorization.
