Accueil froid, chambre qui correspond pas à la réservation, du coup ça agace la fille de la réception.
Petit déj correct
Faudrait vérifier les fuites au plafond dans la salle de bain et tirer les meubles quand vous faites le ménage

Stayed for a week and no room service. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. No offer to change bedding or clean the room while there.

This most horrible place I've ever stayed in my whole life I asked for refund wouldn't do it I also ask for clean lining and towels and never got them the two days I was there I was extremely unhappy

Room was a mess and disgusting. Staff was rude and unfriendly. They've charged my card several times for no reason or rhyme. Can't get any help to fix that problem .

The staff were rude, mold on the bathroom wall! Smh.. smoke alarm we’re going off all night, phone in the room didn’t work. I wouldn’t stay Again
