Brand New Decks! Perfect location: close to all 30A activities but without the crowded beaches. Designed with a beach vibe it is perfect for enjoying everything the Gulf has to offer; sandcastles, paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking, and sunset walks. The townhouse is also convenient for shopping, restaurants, nature trails, and more! New LVP floors throughout with a fully equipped kitchen, it has everything you need to never leave the beach, including a community pool available at the end of the private boardwalk. The property is 3 miles from Rosemary Beach's award-winning restaurants and shops and 7.5 miles from Pier Park, where you can find shopping, a wide variety of restaurants and nightclubs, a cinema, and an amusement park for children. It is only a short drive to all of the beaches of 30-A and less than one mile from Publix and CVS. You will enjoy the convenience of your own private garage with a private entrance. The first floor (above the garage level)contains the main living area (with cable television), dining area, kitchen, pantry, full hall bath, and guestroom with 2 queen beds , as well as a private patio overlooking the beach to watch the sunset and the dolphins swimming. The second floor includes a guestroom with a queen bed and en suite bath, and the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bath, and private balcony overlooking the beach. There is also a daybed in the main bedroom perfect for a child (or adult).

SHORES TOWNHOUSE COMMUNITY RULES
PLEASE READ THE BELOW RULES FOR THE SHORES COMPLEX
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF THE SHORES, INC. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Each unit has two parking spaces, one (1) in the garage and one (1) in front of the unit’s garage. For additional car passes please get a pass from the office. Occupants not adhering to this policy are subject to having vehicles towed at the occupant’s expense.
2. Garbage must be properly disposed of in the dumpster located near the office. Trash MUST NOT be left to accumulate in the garage.
3. Traffic is ONE-WAY, east to west.
4. Loud parties or excessive noise found to be a nuisance to neighbors will not be tolerated and are subject to receiving a violation.
5. The boardwalk is to be kept clear at all times of articles such as; floats, fishing equipment, loose water hoses, or other items impeding safe passage by others. The boardwalks are not to be used for sunbathing.
6. Only gas grills are allowed and should only be used on the lower deck with extreme care and constant observation.
7. NO ANIMALS OR GLASS containers are allowed in the pool area.
8. Children are not allowed to play in the driveway. Skates and skateboards are forbidden as they are safety hazards.
9. The speed limit in the driveway is 5 mph.
10. No fireworks are allowed and will not be permitted at ANY time of year. Fireworks are against the law.
11. The pool is for use of the Shores owners/guests/tenants ONLY.
12. Access to the roof is restricted.
13. The boardwalk doors shall be kept shut and locked, except when in use.
14. Maximum Occupancy for rentals is 6/2 bedrooms and 8/3 bedrooms.
15. The dunes are protected by law. They should not be damaged or destroyed. Sea oats are protected by law and should not be cut or destroyed.
16. Any persons found damaging property in the common areas shall be fined and shall be billed for the costs of repair.
17. Garments, towels, rugs, and other objects are not to be hung off of the balcony.
18. Fires are not permitted on the beach as well as it is against the law.
19. Feeding the Seagulls from the balconies is not permitted.
20. Sea turtles are to be always protected.
21. NO TENANTS OR GUESTS are permitted to have pets or own pets. Only Shores Owners are permitted to have pets in townhomes.

Fantastic location!
The location is perfect for a family vacation with direct access to the beach. There was some work being done on the decks, but Martha was great at communicating with updates and any changes before we got there. She was super quick to respond and help us out when we needed it. Definitely looking forward to coming back here for our next family vacation. :)

I found this Townhouse to be a very welcoming quiet townhouse on a very peaceful side of Panama City Beach. It had almost anything you would need for a beach stay and the property manager was very nice and helpful anytime I had a question.

We hope to stay here again soon. Very nice accommodations, the beach was secluded and the water was crystal clear! We experienced a minor issue with the cable service and Martha quickly resolved the issue.

Beautiful beachfront townhouse. It looks just like the listing. Mattress in the master could use an updating, not sure about the other bedrooms. We loved the beachfront location, sunsets were spectacular from the townhouse decks or from the sandy beach. We never heard a neighbor the whole time we were there.

It would have been nice to know about the restrictions on parking earlier than a couple days before our stay! If you plan on taking a 3/4 ton truck think again. Then I borrowed a half ton truck and it wouldn't fit in the parking place! Honestly that was the only issue with our entire stay. The property itself was very nice.

Fantastic location
The good stuff: The location is fantastic! The balconies are lovely. The garage had a lot of beach chairs, gear and water hose out front to wash off sand, very handy. The living area had plenty of comfy seating for our group of 5. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. We walked a few feet and were on the sand. There is a pool-we never even walked down to it because we enjoyed the beach daily. The not so good: The upper floor is much cooler than the lower floor, there are ceiling fans that are helpful but lower bedroom wasn't cool. It was 106 heat index, and the unit wasn't keeping up, we replaced the filter and vacuumed the inside unit as best we could but it still wouldn't cool, it was late and the owner responded the next morning to flip the breakers to reset the unit which worked. We had to do this once or twice daily the rest of the week. The owner said she would have someone out to look at it and did offer to reinburse for additional fans or portable ac. The unit needs a deep clean and the owner said she would come soon to do this herself. Parking is underneath the units and pretty snug since most visitors, including us, were in large SUV's and 4 door trucks, there are a few extra spots at one end and between buildings. The owner was highly responsive to our issues and did refund us some money for our troubles. She was very nice to work with and noted they will be doing some big renovationsto the exterior this coming year, I'm sure it'll look great.

Codes didn’t work !Broken code box, No parking, also no parking passes, condo was not clean, mildew in the bathrooms, floors not mopped, towels were soured in linen closet! And stairs!!!! So many stairs! Condo is stuffed with furniture and personal items, living area is small! Rooms were nice, not too crowded, air conditioner was set on 70* and would not go any lower, we ended up going and buying fans for everyone! We made the most of being together, but will not re- book with this condo!

Perfect location
The unit was so close to the beach! We ended up not using the pool at all because the beach was so close. It was also very convenient to the PCB restaurants while not having the PCB crowds on the beach. The furnishings were nice and the beds were comfortable. We are already considering booking again for next year!

Spectacular beach and sunsets!
We spent a week in this property and were very happy with the unit. Some of us had never been to the Emerald Coast before, and we definitely will be back. The beach was clean and very quiet and our unit was perfect for 6 adults. Three bathrooms is really helpful. We only stay in beachfront properties when we "beach it," and this one was just right!

Great location
Great location, right on the edge of Panama City Beach so it’s close to everything but slightly away from the really busy areas. This was perfect for us, the kids basically had the beach to themselves! Plenty of space inside to hang out, proper utensils in the kitchen to cook a meal if you want, or tons of restaurants within a very short drive. Definitely a great experience for us. If I had to critique anything it would be cleanliness. Nothing too bad but it seems like the cleaning crew could have done better before our stay.

Well maintained, Loved the beach!
We stayed at the property over spring break (Mar 2022). It was great for two families with three separate bathroom. And steps away from the beach - The kids (teenagers) loved it. Fantastic sunsets. Martha was great and went over and above accommodating our last minute travel changes. We will be returning for sure.

This property is even better in person. It was clean and comfortable. Our family loved the back deck for sunset views! The garage had a variety of beach toys and chairs. The kitchen was equipped for cooking and had a coffee pot and a Keurig. I highly recommend this property! *We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys.

My goal was to be right on the beach and this place did not disappoint. Beautiful location! It was so easy to get to the sand... approximately 15 feet down the boardwalk and no stairs to get down to the beach. The sandy beach and the property were on the same level. The townhouse was clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The space was comfortable.

It was perfect!
The beach was exactly what we were hoping for. It was not crowded at all. The property being right on the beach made it so easy to come and go to the beach as we wanted. The property manager Martha was very easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. The townhouse had everything that you would need for a day at the beach and there was enough space inside for all of us to stretch out and relax. Being just a few miles away from the city made it nice and quiet but not so far away that you couldn’t go enjoy the shopping or the activities there. Our son loved it so much he wanted to move there permanently! We will definitely book there again the next time we go to Panama City beach!

The sound of the surf from the porch and magnificent sunsets. This rental had everything we needed. Loved that it was only a few miles from Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Great shopping, restaurants and beaches. We were there during the dragonfly migration to the Gulf. Cool. Martha, the host, replied timely to all our questions. Check in and check out was a snap! Wonderful time of year to visit!

It was a great moms getaway! Perfect location. Relaxing. We had an issue with the AC. The breaker somehow had gotten flipped. I think due to recent storm.I reach out to Martha. She was SO quick to respond and get the issue resolve that day!

We really enjoyed the location of this property. The owner was very prompt to address issues that come along with property ownership. I rated the cleanliness as average. It’s hard to get good cleaning service no matter where you are. This is the first place I’ve stayed in on the beach that, if available, I would return to visit.

SunnySide is our favorite Destination. We have vacationed here at The Shores Townhomes for over 20 years. We look forward each visit. When we arrive, the Townhouse is Professionally cleaned, Easy access to parking and unloading luggage, tent, chairs, etc... This Property is close to many Restaurants and grocery stores. The owner is great to work with and has immediate follow up on any request(s). Access to the Beach is Great and Feels like a private beach most of the year.
