They had one of the pools closed, no reason, just wouldn't unlock it. Enough people complained, so they finally opened it up but not before the front desk was rude when telling us they have more than one pool. It said they would do a light cleaning every day to restock toilet paper, towels and wash cloths as well as take out trash, then do a full clean on day four. We had to request towels and washcloths, hours later we had to call again because we never got them. When they finally came, they beat on the door and basically threw the bag at us, no washcloths. We stayed Monday-Saturday and not once did they come to do any cleaning. We could hear them going to.other rooms, but not ours. We did have a dog with us, but a simple knock to see if we needed anything would have sufficed. We had a broom without a dust pan to keep the sand up with. Our shower would not drain, and the toilet was struggling to flush. The mattress on the bunk bed was terrible. We stayed here a few years back and did not have these problems. 10/10 dont recommend. Wouldn't give any stars if it wasn't required.

Great location on the beach

They cancelled my reservation before i got ther, then charged me. Now no one will take my call to tell me why im not being refunded or look at the situation . Ive been trying for a week now to get this corrected.
