This tropical inspired ground floor villa is conveniently located next to many of the amenities Edgewater is known for. Beautiful pond views from the living room and master bedroom, one of the many pools Edgewater has to offer is within walking distance, tennis courts/shuffleboard courts within site and the conference center and pro shop in the Villas of Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort are also within walking distance. You'll love having plenty of room with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sleeper sofa. Your open floor plan great room is decorated in subtle Florida tones with a sleeper sofa and coordinating love seat. You are sure to enjoy the large 65" screen TV with Roku streaming in HD for watching all your favorite programs. Don't forget to bring all your devices because we have Lux Speed WiFi throughout the property for your surfing enjoyment. The floor to ceiling windows look out to a beautiful views of the palm trees, pond and pool!

Step out on to your patio for coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. Enjoy watching the ducks and turtles around the pond while listening to the water fountain spray! There's plenty of outdoor seating for everyone.

The kitchen is well equipped so you can enjoy cooking a gourmet meal or a quick lunch, breakfast, or an on-the-go snack. Your dining table seats 6 and there is additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The villa is well stocked with dinnerware, glassware, flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. The full size washer/dryer is located in the kitchen for your convenience. Best of all this kitchen has a great open view thru the living room and out to the pond!!

This villa offers tranquility throughout. Your Pond View Main Suite features a king size bed with high thread count luxury bed linens and heavenly pillows. You'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Your private en-suite main bath has a tub/shower combo to rinse off a "hard day" at the beach. You'll love drying off with our fluffy high-quality bathroom towels. This suite has a sliding door that opens on to the main patio, too. There is a large TV with Roku Streaming to keep you entertained.

Your Bent Palms Guest Bedroom Suite features two full size beds with a large closet for ample storage space. You'll love the TV with Roku streaming. The Bent Palms guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a single vanity and a toilet. It's perfect for anyone staying in the Bent Palms guest bedroom or sleeping on the sofa sleeper.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Your rental includes parking for one vehicle. Additional parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance can be picked up directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side.
