Great places to stay… clean, comfortable, great views, the only thing that was lacking was the slow elevators… but we will definitely be back.

Great beach stay

Stayed in room 1505. It was a center room with a long balcony over looking the beautiful gulf waters. It wasn’t lavish, but what I was expecting for a beach condo. Simple and easy to clean. We were going to have a late check in and they called us about 4:00 pm and texted us the access code, so we went straight to the room. Only issue we had was the next morning (Saturday) we were to check in before noon, and the office didn’t open until after 10:00 am, so we were limited on what we could do. Also, we didn’t find out until we checked in that you had to pay $20 to park and have a printed parking pass. I didn’t mind the cost, I just wish we had been given the website earlier where I could have printed the pass at home. Overall, wonderful stay and would stay again.

There was no one at the front desk at 7 pm when we arrived. we had to call a number to find a hidden envelop with our room code in it.. The next morning while we were at the beach the locked us out of the room so we had to come to front desk to check in again and get a permanent code.

Hello and thank you so much for your review. We're sorry to hear you experienced difficulties with the after-hours check in procedure. Unfortunately, when you do a late check in, the code the agent gives you is temporary and guests have to go to the office the next morning to receive a permanent code for your stay. We stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed the location of the condos. The room was perfect for our family. Next time we are in Panama City we will defiantly stay here again. We checked in “after hours” and was a little worried at first but everything went smooth!
