Great home & location but some technical issues
Publié le 15 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe booked this stay in December for a quick weekend trip. Location is wonderful and unit is perfect for a couple. However we did notice that no toiletries (shampoo or conditioner) were provided and the first night the heat would not work which made our stay very uncomfortable that night. I texted the property manager at 7 AM and received a very quick response and a technician was scheduled for that day. We really appreciated the quick correction.

Thank you Margaux for such a complimentary review, and again so sorry the heat breaker needed replacing. Most of our guests prefer their own toiletry items and bring them, but we do provide paper products, hand soaps and detergents to get started on arrival. We hope you can return back soon with your sweet dog. And, I’m so glad you enjoyed our Carriage House complete make-over with the new furniture, rugs, and bedding. It was such a pleasure to host your stay.

Fabulous…. but read the description.

Yes, that carriage house is slightly dated but everything in the description is accurate. The place was clean and having the bikes and fridge in the garage was just fine. The walking path to the beach is less than 10 minutes through stunningly beautiful landscaping and beautiful houses. The beach setup was.incredible and Rosemary itself is the most charming town on the beach and i’ve tried almost everywhere on 30A. For a long weekend getaway for the 2 of us, it was just about perfect. Would choose to stay again anytime. The owner is very attentive.

Wow Joe, you are so kind to provide such an informative accurate review of this pet friendly Carriage House which is very popular with many return guests each year. We do provide now brand new bikes to enjoy the surrounding area and to get to beach and to the 4 resort pools quickly. I hope you will return again for your next Rosemary Beach Vacation with us, as we loved hosting you. Rosemary is so romantic and provides so many amenities other neighborhoods do not offer with tons of parks, restaurants, shops and the best heated pools in winter as well as an amazing gym, spa and tennis facility. They also host a ton of weddings in the Town Hall and offer church services on Sunday there.

Very Disappointing!
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property definitely needs some attention. I have been visiting RB for 20 years and I have never stayed somewhere that required this much TLC. Upon arrival the toilet paper holder was broken and hanging off the wall, one of the blinds was broken and didn't work, the smoke alarm was ripped out of the ceiling and missing leaving wires hanging from the ceiling and the ceiling fan was filthy. The description was not accurate, as the fountain was dried up and filled with debris and there was no patio table and chairs as described in the listing. The stairs were very steep and also not mentioned. Definitely posing a problem for small children and older adults. The space was very cramped due to the dated oversized furniture and two cots, which took up way too much room and made it difficult to even walk in the space. The bedding was old and miss matched. The sheets were pilled and very worn. It is also in desperate need of some kitchen items such as some knives, and a working soap dispenser. No where in the listing does it mention that soap or shampoo are not provided. The entire property could use some looking after to say the least. Definitely put a damper on spending my Birthday at the beach!

Cristine, thank you so much for your review. As you know, we quickly handled all of your requests within 24 hours by filling the fountain, getting you new outdoor furniture, installed a new smoke alarm, and you didn’t want us inside unit to handle the rest of your needs. We noted all your concerns very quickly with my son Greyson, who lives nearby. We are so sorry and apologize for those small inconveniences. The stairs are built to normal height, ceiling fan has been cleaned, and a new toilet paper holder already installed, and I just ordered last week, new Portuguese bedding for the Carriage Home from Anne Selkie. The blinds do operate fine manually, and the 2 day beds are not cots, but regular twin beds. Thank you again for your feedback, allowing us to swiftly correct these few items.

Needs some TLC
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed in the main house for one night, the downstairs bedroom, the sheets are extremely pilled. In the Carriage House, the window blinds need to be replaced and they don’t open or close to keep light out. All the towels have a sour smell when being first used. No where in the listing does it mention that soap or shampoo are being or not being provided. These are essential for a stay. Please add a note. The entire property could use some looking after and beautifying.

Thank you Jeffrey for your review. We really appreciate your feedback. We are happy to swap out those sheets and order the missing wand that someone just broke on the blinds. The blinds still open & close just fine manually the maid advised. As for condiments, we do supply all kitchen supplies, such as Dishwasher Soap, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper and Trash Bag(s), just not shampoos and soaps, because most people prefer their own personal brand. We did make special arrangements for your extra night stay at our Main House with a very special rate, per your request. We’re glad that everything else you found to your satisfaction with both properties and we thoroughly enjoyed hosting you for your Rosemary Beach vacation.

The owner was very accommodating and helped to enjoy a longer stay

Amazing property and an amazing vacation!
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had the best time!!! This is such a cute property and it is was perfect for my husband and I! It was clean, had amazing AC, and was so cute. It is in the PERFECT location! The neighborhood is gorgeous and you are right in the middle of it! We did not have a car-and we never needed one! We were able to walk to all the amazing restaurants near by and we walked to town/the beach daily! The description online is exactly what you get! We would do this vacation over and over again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Olivia, we are so glad you enjoyed your Rosemary Beach vacation with us. I hope you found the 4 new Cruiser Bikes we just installed, the huge Fridge/Freezer and Full Size W/D in garage for the Carriage House, outside Charcoal Grill, a rolling cooler, and plenty of beach toys that we supply for all our guests.
We loved hosting you and can’t wait for you guys to return.
