Wonderful Trip to the Beach
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family stayed for 10 days and we had a great time…..no one was ready to come home! The house is wonderfully convenient and comfortable. The dogs loved the yard and it was so nice to have them with us.
Charles was available and helpful and we would stay here again.

My Favorite Vacation Rental

The space was perfect especially the fenced in yard for my 3 year old granddaughter to play safely. The garage gym was amazing. Loved not having to haul weights on vacation. Beautiful neighborhood. I will want to stay here every beach trip.

Michelle and her family was very respectful to the house. She communicated with me early about anything about the house. I would invite her to book with us again anytime they plan to vacation in Panama City Beach.

Worst experience ever with VRBO

Upon doing so we noted a dirty house, linens on all beds needing washed, torn up house hold items, no trash bags or starter supplies, no internet, lottle to no communication with the property manager/owner,

Like I told the guest Daniel and his wife on the phone it best I cancel their stay. I will not stand for anyone or guest to be rude to me or any one that work for us. Guest claim the house was dirty, no supplies, no internet or no communication with owner. The house was clean and the were supplies, also addition supplies like we do with all our guest. Internet was restore after 30 minutes when Xfinity send a reset to the modern. I spoke with guest within 40 minutes of checking in and inform him about any issues. When guest check in and looking for ways to get addition discount or free stay in our home or from other host by discredit our hard works that were I draw the line. Any one or future guest can check my past review or most recent from other guest in our home. I do have pictures before any guest check in to make sure the home is clean. Vrbo customer service rep was on the phone with me try to contact the guest about any issues but he hang up the phone.

Publié le 15 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayNice, comfy and colorful, 3 bed, 2 bath for my parents, brother, his son, my boyfriend, my two spoiled furry friends and I! Had everything needed for our stay. Felt like a home away from home. Great location west of PCB in Sunny side. Love the fact he had a mini gym in the garage (as I have recently started my nutrition and fitness love) and a golf cart to take us to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on his back patio chilling and grilling. Also loved that his backyard was fenced in!! Very responsive host when I messaged prior to our trip as his emails went in my junk email. Hate that he is selling it, as I would rent again in the future! Thank you, Charles!

Clean, well kept house in great, quiet neighborhood!
Publié le 31 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at Charles’ home for the entire month of March. I was delighted to walk into a home that was even better than the pictures! The King mattress was SO comfortable I had to ask where he got it. Water pressure and temp in showers was perfect. And he has it nicely furnished with grill, dishes, pots and pans. Convenient to beach (walkable). Delicious Sunnyside restaurant within walking distance. Charles was super helpful with restaurant and beach tips. Would definitely stay here again!

Lea and her family was great guests. They were respectful to the house and everything else. They kept house clean and suggest some ideal to improve on the house. I would love to have them back again when vacationing in Panama City Beach.
