Family stay

Sept 2024….
The good: location, right on the beach. It’s very convenient. Beach view from the room. Staff was helpful. Beds were comfortable. The beach was nice.
The bad: the room floor was very dirty, we observed a few cockroaches in the room, TV screen was damaged, air conditioning was noisy, the whole room / hotel needs to be upgraded. Find parking place in the hotel could be a challenge. The neighborhood seems not to be very attractive to take your family out for a nice walk at night. Close to $500 for two nights by the way.
We will look for a different option next time. We just did not feel the value for our money was there.

I am so sorry that we failed you. We are working to prevent pests. We do have 5 parking areas with 4 of them on the beach side but our parking does come close to capacity on sold out nights. But it never reaches capacity.

Entire property needs to be remodeled and redone. Everything from the lobby to the room to the balcony is in desperate need of repair.
Breakfast was wholesale style with no taste, and no healthier options. Water was dripping everywhere on our balcony, the safe in the room wasn’t working, cockroaches outside by the stairs.
The only nice thing was the ocean view from the balcony however, Will not stay there again.
