Deteriorating
This is the real person who rented this property last week of August 2024! The property management company put a review in my name and gave a great review…here is the real deal…. Dirty, moldy, ants, roaches, broken windows with bandages as repair, all floor tiles broken, holes in walls, dirty pool, dog hair in tubs …. Needs about 100,00 in renovations .. request current pics before you rent and waste 5,000 on scum… yes the location is the bomb that’s the ONLY SAVIOR

Nice house…with issues!
First, the house could be a great house and the location can’t be beat! If the price was not so expensive, I would not be so critical. We paid more than 4,000, and they add cost for everything. I have never been charged extra to check in early when a house is ready.The mattress quality in most rooms is terrible! Strangely enough, the twin beds were the most comfortable. The TV in the 2 twin beds room would not change. You had the luxury of watching ABC. The bathroom near this room has a ho I e kicked into the wall. The shower curtain rings are barely holding together and are rusty.. The bathroom upstairs has no light on the shower side of the room. My daughter showers at night, so she had to take a flashlight with her. There is also a bright lace where they cut into the drywall and fixed by attaching some wood to the wall.The kitchen is probably the worst part. The dishes are all dirty. I rewashed all of the plates and bowls, and a few glasses. There were frying pans with puddles of grease in them. They cover themselves here by posting a note on the refrigerator saying they don’t sanitize anything and cannot be held responsible for whether the dishes are clean. There were 7 forks. I added 7 forks, so that we didn’t have to wash dishes every time we ate. There were no hot pads, so I bought some of those as well. The grill ran out of propane while we were cooking. None of the outside lights work.

Great place to stay
Very spacious house and backyard. Clean. Separate buildings with living quarters in both. Very comfortable and useful Outdoor amenities. The house floor plan was open and accommodating for a large group interaction. Had activities for the guests to occupy their time. Close the some of the best restaurants.

Awful!!!!
Very disappointed with the condition of this house. The pictures are not an accurate representation of the house. The house was very dirty, lots of broken items in the house including a window in the bathroom that I called about as soon as we arrived. Pool did not work it turned green 2 days after we arrived. Will definitely not stay here again. I have pictures of the items that was broken and dirty.

A group of friends and I stayed here for a week. Place couldn’t be any cleaner upon check in, and couldn’t recommend anymore. Great place on the beach, close to all local attractions.

The location of the place was perfect. Walkable to many amenities including Pier Park. The view can’t be beat! The place was also very spacious and we had plenty of room for our family of 10. The only reason I took one star of this the place really could use some maintenance but that did not hinder our stay at all. I just agree with some of the other reviews that state if you are looking for a 5 star resort you will be disappointed. But if you are looking for a perfect location to walk every where with great views and have a large group this is it!

The house is a 10 for location. The house needs a lot of TLC. The sky light above the stairs leaks when it rains. The window in the kitchen leaks even worse when it rains. The master bath has a hole in the side of the tub. The pool cover needs replaced the corner of the deck near the jacuzzi is broken. The house was very nicely decorated and was clean except for the floors. Sticky ad lots of sand on the floor. Location is a 10. Shopping beach and restaurants all a short walk. Give this house the TLC it deserves and I would fate it a 10. As it sits in its current state a 7.

Very neglected property...could be really nice but is not due to lack of maintenance
Most everything is just worn out , online pictures are deceiving, floors were dirty , under beds dirty , needs a deep clean throughout .Unfinished carpenter work in upstairs bathroom , outdoor shower area was almost completely in-accessable/ un-useable due to overgrown plants and pile of sand and debris. Property manager made gentlemans agreement to heat pool if unseasonably cold (which it was) and did not honor agreement, grandkids could not get in pool because it was freezing...hot tub was constantly losing water. Very disappointed in the $$$ that was spent for this unit and it definitely was not worth it.One of those "we got your money and don't care " places. Property manager not very "customer 1st" type..always trying to deflect issue back on me , ghosted me a few times when contacting him , the pool was not normally supposed to be heated during our stay but he agreed if it was unseasonably cool he would see that it was heated..I contacted him days prior to our stay because temps were supposed to drop into the 50's and he ghosted me and never made contact til after I contacted the office. Then he said mid week that the heater was bad and wouldnt be till after we left that they could get parts.He tried to blame me for it not getting resolved sooner because I didnt contact him back to let him know it still wasnt working?? Thats his job , my time is being spent enjoying my once a year vacation with my family , not playing pool maintenance man. Very disappointed in all !!!

We absolutely loved the location of this property!! Walking distance to everything! Right on the beach and across from Pier Park! The hot tub was a hit every morning and evening! The house was clean and the management was great!! Such a wonderful week! Will be returning next year!!!

Excellent location, walk almost everywhere
Check in was very easy, is a older home but has had updates, and painted, was clean and fully stocked with towels, linens,xtra pillows, and kitchen utensils, couple windows leaked during hard storm, soaked up with towels, and hot tub seem be out of order with no power to it, but it was in 90s so a hot tub if used would been at night anyways, location excellent, walk everywhere, the marine life was awesome, seen dolphins, sea turtles, crab, jellyfish, being right on beach was outstanding, overall my group said they stay again, and enjoyed the stay, communication of leaks and hot tub to manager was easy, a maintenance order was issued but never came, which no big deal, we didnt want be tied down staying at home while waiting on them, I gave 4-5 stars mainly because hot tub issues I feel being advertised it should been working, would stay again.

Wonderful trip
This is an older home but it has a lot of character. The location of this property is excellent and within walking distance to Pier Park. We loved the openness of this home. Very spacious and the views from the livingroom are spectacular. A great time was had by all.

We had a great time at this place. The house was a little run down and needed some TLC but that didn’t stop us from having fun. It’s in a great location close to everything too. The beach was great and not packed at all. If you’re looking for good college spring break this is the place you want to have !

Needs proper maintenance
The location is great as well as access to the hot tub, pool, and beach! We were disappointed with the condition of the home. Duct tape fixes all over the house, broken fixtures, dirty blinds, etc… the large bathtub that our kids were excited to use didn’t have a drain hooked up to it. The entry door to the beach was duct taped around the seal. The grill was missing the entire bottom. Trash everywhere outside the house. This place needs some expert maintenance. Paying a premium price for a beach house rental and showing up to a hack maintained property was a disappointment to say the least. Will not book this house another time or with this vacation rental company. It seems like this property caters to spring breakers who are just there to party ( and not clean up) than for families expecting a clean and functioning house. I did not contact the company about my issues with the property because it was so obvious how they would have been handled. I probably should have, but it looked like more hassle than the efforts would have been worth, and I did not want to spend my vacation dealing with these issues.

I love this home!
This is a well maintained old Florida home. It brought back memories of vacations with my Mom and Dad from a long time ago. I was aware of some bad reviews about the cleanliness but, I cleaned and mopped myself. There was nothing on my mop! It is clean! The view was beautiful. and there was nobody on the beach even though it was 77 degrees! I had the best time and will be back to this house!
