The property is poor condition. The supplies in the kitchens are so old not enough supplies for number of people and cheap items. The check in is so difficult and take more time.
The beds are not the same size as advertised (queen vs full) my. We feel disappointed for the rate we paid. Parking fees was charged which not free as advertised.

They property was clean and our room was very nice. The view was fantastic.

Very friendly staff at the pool. The condition of the condo was not fantastic. Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning for our arrival.

The checking in was confusing as not all the condos were with the same organization. I felt it was very secure (condo and beach area) which I loved traveling with my younger daughter. It was clean and convenient! I would definitely recommend and go back.

Great family oriented place to stay. Location was great. Close to many places to eat or hangout. My family and I had a great time and loved our condo. It exceeded my expectations.

The property commin areas are well maintained. Easy access to beach. Parking is not free as mentioned in expedia site. The community charges a fixed fee for each vehicle

The condo we stayed in needed attention. Toilet was dirty, floor was coming up, very dated. Not worth
what we paid at all.

The rental company never emailed me the information to check-in. they were impossible to get in touch with and then when I finally reached them, I had to drive there offices off-site to get the parking permit, etc. Made check-in take forever and was very frustrating. they said the email must have gone to span. Nope. They just never sent it. Nightmare. Do not book through Panama Gateways

Publié le 10 juill. 2022 sur HotelsThe owners need to replace the dryer and stove. And they provided a charcoal grill that was not allowed to be used so while grilling we were told to put it out. Overall we had a nice stay. The resort was wonderful.
