Hôtel bien situé. Nous n’avons pas vu de bébittes comme mentionner dans des commentaires précédent. Par contre, il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans l’hôtel et autour de l’hôtel.

Rooms didn’t vent well to keep moisture out. Went to bed on damp sheets the first night. EVERYTHING in the room was damp. My finance woke up sick the next morning. Changed rooms for the second night. Toilet wouldn’t flush without using a plunger in the second room. They refused to comp anything for the inconvenience. We will not be staying there again.

They should clean the rooms a little better, as they gave off a strange smell, and the bathrooms should be fixed, however it is located in a good place.

Great location, especially during peak seasons when anything past walmart is full of traffic. The price is always nice on the pocket which leaves more money for my small family to do extra activities, and all the best attractions are a short walk away. The hotel is basic but cleaner than most of the ones we have been to even the nicer spots on the beach, thats all you need when your gone most of the day enjoying yourself or working. They have a side parking lot big enough for boats or large trucks and trailers.

These people were rude and out for every penny they could get from the minute I walked in and although we passed inspection they refused to give the other person I was with and paid for and they took his License so they pocket it. But they dang sure keep a copy of your credit card incase they need to charge you more. But they wont use it to put your own hard earned money back on. Feels like tbey just reached up and stork right out of my pocket. Not to mention they even charge a fee to get your cash out at their atm. And the Manager is the rudest and refuses to let me speak with the owner. Hummmm.... suspicious huh! It doesnt say they couldn't give it back to him they just know exaty how to TAKE!!!

Your feedback was verydifficult to understand due to the mis-spelled words and fracmented sentences, however I will remind you of our policies which you signed for at check in. Here is the points you touched on........1. EVERY reservation must have a credit card on file that matches your I.D. even if you are paying with cash. The credit card that you used to book your reservation must be presented to the front desk agent at the time of arrival, in order to verify it. If your employer purchased the room for you on a company credit card, then your employer must fill out and email a credit card authorization form to the hotel prior to you being allowed to check in. If you booked your room with a credit card that does not belong to you, then you must update your credit card information to one that is issued to yourself or someone else that will be checking in with you. If you can not present a matching I.D. to the credit card you will not be allowed to check in. 2. EVERY guest 18 years or older MUST provide an I.D. Card, Driver License, or Passport that hasn't expired, if anyone in your party does not have an identification none of your party will be allowed to check in. All guests must be together and present in order to check in. Minors 17 years old or younger do not need to have identification, however they must be accompanied by their legal guardian at all times. No exceptions to this rule, it's a human trafficking law. 3. DEPOSITS: A CASH deposit is required at arrival and refundable at departure after inspection of the room. All people, pets, and personal property must be vacated before inspection of the room can take place. Return all your keys to the front desk clerk and wait for inspection. ANY violation of policies or ANY damages found and you forfeit your entire deposit. Staff will not be responsible if you leave without collecting your deposit on the day of departure. Every Room is required to pay 100.00 CASH DEPOSIT.4. This is a privately owned property, there is no corporate office and the staff has the right to refuse service to anyone without providing a reason. The management handles the operations and any day to day issues, not the owner. Staff will not disclose the name, email, or phone number of the owner. Staff are not required to give out their names or personal information either. Thank you

After a mixup with Expedia, where my booking date was changed to a date that I was not working after working with the hotel, staff and Expedia chat, it was worked out The date was changed to the night. I actually needed it. The two young men that were on duty Were very cordial, helpful, and understanding in a very stressful situation
