Family Stay April 15-20

We had the best time in this condo! The location is unbeatable, and my toddler LOVED dancing in the courtyard every night. The beach walk is easily done, with a nice path the entire way, and we were literal steps away from Rosemary Beach. We can't wait to visit again!

We had a great time. The place was spotless with lots of extras for the beach which was helpful. Excellent location in the middle of it all, easily walkable (or bike) to Rosemary and Alys Beach restaurants and shopping.

Amazing

The place was absolutely perfect! The apartment is wonderful, clean and has everything you could possibly need. You really can’t beat the location either. We were within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. We visited on the off season when the beach tram wasn’t running and the walk was very shorty as well. The beach is absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be back!

Girls trip

We stayed here for a short girls trip. It was the perfect location. Walking distance to everywhere and super convenient. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, was extremely tidy, and everything was well stocked, including the kitchen. Iva already told my sister and cousins about the condo and we’re planning a cousins trip soon! Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing place to stay!

This is our second time staying at this place. It has everything you need and the location is perfect. Close to everything, great shops and restaurants below. The pool is always so nice and the amenities are great. We will definitely be staying here again soon!

Fall break vacation

This was the perfect location and perfect setup for our family. We loved the proximity to everything. We had planned to rent bikes but we didn’t. Just enjoyed walking everywhere. Tram was nice but very busy at times so we ended up walking to the beach and that was fine too. Feels closer than you think. Condo was super nice. Balcony was great for people watching! Kids were SO pumped when they saw the game stash. Thank you! We would love to come back!!

Perfect place for our family and loved the location. The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Our 2 little grandsons had a great time. Nice little touch with the children’s books and beach toys. We hope to return again!

perfect place to stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit is within walking distance to everything. The tram that runs during the busy season is super convenient for traveling to the beach with little ones. You have to get an iced coffee and donut from Charlie's Donuts downstairs in the Peddler's Pavilion! We will definitely be returning!

Great 30A Location

The condo is in a perfect spot for visiting Rosemary/Seacrest Beach and the rest of 30A. Great communication with the owner and easy reservation/check in/out process. The condo has everything you need for a nice beach vacation. The only downside is the master bedroom mattress and living room sofa. Both are probably at the end of life and need replacement to be comfortable.

40th birthday trip

Wonderful property! Beautiful condo, perfect location. We were just steps from so many shops and restaurants. The condo was stocked with everything we could need for our stay; beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, coolers, etc. The tram to the beach couldn’t have been easier. Stacy was amazing to work with, she was so responsive and was even gracious enough to allow us to stay a couple hours after check out when our flight was delayed! We hope to be back one day!!
