Great condo!
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice, clean condo. Great location. Host was one of the best we've ever had. He was just a phone call away for any questions or concerns (even things not directly related to the condo such as local dining). We would definitely stay here again.

Super nice Condo

Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayDavid is such a great host. Called to check in with us on our way into PCB to let us know the condo was clean and ready early! He gave us all his recommendations for places to eat and even though we have been the PCB many many times we took his recommendations and tried a couple new places to us and they did not disappoint! He called after our vacation to see how it went and if there was anything he could do to improve his condo. He truly wants the best for his renters and his condo does not disappoint! The location is key for us. We love the lower grand lagoon area and the proximity to St. Andrew’s Park! 10/10 ⭐️

Great Condo, great location!

Publié le 25 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayVery nice condo next to St Andrews park. We go to PCB usually 1-3 times a year and have stayed in a lot of the condos on the beach and this is one of the nicest. Loved the location away from all the traffic and chaos of Front Beach Road with still lots of wonderful restaurants within 5 minutes of driving (even during peak season). Owner was very communicative. There was a problem with our check in but it was not due to the owner and he resolved it immediately.
