There is access to the entire kitchen cabinets but that door inside the kitchen is our owner's closet. That is for the owner's personal use & for his belongings. So, sorry for the inconvenience if that caused you guys any. Yes ma'am, so in the check in instructions we do have rules guests need to follow during their stay. I would imagine just like if you owned this beautiful home, you would hope your property manager would keep up the integrity of the property you purchased. That's all we try to do. In the listing it states there is a ring camera on the front of the house. Letting guests know so they can decide whether or not they are ok with that before booking. I would assume you were ok with that since you booked the home. Yes, we don't allow over than the number of people we are legally allowed to sleep in the house. We have laws in place from the fire marshal. So, we can't unfortunately have extra people in the home, or we would be violating city laws for their short-term rental guidelines. In no way did we mean for that to put a damper on your vacation. We have these rules in place to keep the house in great shape for our future guests. We find them very appropriate so we can make sure all future guests enjoy their stays in a clean, nice, and upkept property. Yes ma'am, unfortunately we start getting some cold weather around October sometimes. In the listing it states you can request the pool to be heated. Which you & your party did not request so unfortunately the pool was not heated during your stay with us. All guests that stay in the fall/winter months enjoy the pool at 88 degrees. Again, though that is something you have to request & pay for before arriving. Your guest chose not to request that. We hate to hear you won't be returning. This property is very well known for its wonderful returning cliental. Hate to hear you guys won't be coming back.
