- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.

No working dryer or dishwasher
We loved the house and pool but the dishwasher and dryer didn’t work. Called maintenance twice before someone came and he turned on dishwasher which we could do but it wouldn’t dissolve detergent just got them wet. He said it’s working but it wasn’t! Had to run dryer 3 -4 cycles for dryer! Guy said the vent was clogged in back but didn’t work any better after cleaning. We paid to have pool heated and that was a good thing. Got cold but kids still could swim!

Perfect PCB Week
After getting tired of the Destin traffic and prices we were so happy to find this property in Panama City Beach. Can’t beat the location. It is close to everything. We rode our scooters to Walmart and restaurants. The walk to the beach is actually closer than the photos suggest. We were afraid it would be further. Very easy and quick! Plenty of room on the beach with tents allowed! The house was modern and clean and the pool was big enough for the whole family. We hope to stay next year too!

Great PCB vacation house
Took the whole family, including our grandkids and the house was perfect. The pool allowed the kids to stay occupied the entire trip and the walk to the beach was quicker than waiting on condo elevators. Will be coming back to this house next year if its available.

Amazing place that is better than expected!
The house was spacious and as described. The beach distance was amazing! We have stayed in several properties along the coast, and this house has been the best distance wise to the beach we have stayed in! As others mentioned, use the beach entrance that is to your right in between two condos. It is such a short walk through the parking lot, and best of all the beach is nearly right there once you hit the sand! We have had experiences in the past where we had to walk a bit in the sand to get to an area that allows tents etc. You can walk straight onto the sand and not have to go down the beach at all. In my opinion, the area where you access is the least crowded of all the beach areas. Our area was so nice with a manageable amount of people. The only complaint we have was with the back door and also an alarm system. The back door is pretty difficult to learn how to close properly. There are instructions posted on the wall right beside the door, but it is still not an intuitive door. After a couple of days we got it down but the kids cannot do it alone. We unplugged the alarm that is supposed to go off when the back door opens (pool safety alarm). Our 1st morning an alarm went off at 8am & we did not figured out what it was... we thought it was a fire alarm. It happened one other time during the week as well. Kitchen sink also needs to be re mounted, it will be a problem for someone at some point but was a non-issue for us. Thank you, we loved our stay!

We had a great stay. The house was in a great location. It was walkable to stores and most importantly the beach. Having a private pool was amazing. It is 5 ft deep just fyi! Overall, my family had a blast. We would stay again.

The home couldn’t have been in a more perfect location. Close enough to the beach but enough off of the strip so that we couldn’t hear a lot of noise. Everything inside was beautiful, plenty of rooms for our 14 guests. If we had a maintenance issue, they were there immediately to fix it. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Beautiful House, great location!
The house was beautiful and clean. The location is great, very short walk to the beach. The kitchen does not have an air fryer or a Keurig. The alarm on the back door is a great feature if you have little kids, but is annoying if you don’t. It’s an easy fix, just unplug it from the wall. We had 14 adults/teenagers and the house had plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again.

This was by far the best vacation I had. The pictures of the house did not do the actual view any justice. The people are amazing, the view was amazing, the location to the beach and other stores and stuff was amazing. I have nothing at all bad to say about it.

Nice and convenient locaton
Everything was clean and beds were very comfortable. I do suggest bringing toilet paper or plan on buying some once you get there along with paper towels. Location was great just be aware that you can hear what is going on on the main road a night. We were there for bike week so we expected it and it didnt bother us

Beautiful Property
Excellent property and location. We recommend entering through beach access 37 instead of 36 but so many places within walking and driving distance. Loved the comforts of being in a home instead of a condo and a private pool. Highly recommend.

Only thing to note is the house is a duplex, with the top and bottom floor separated by stair cases outside. Inside of unit was very clean and lots of cooking supplies in kitchen.

Great stay!
Great house layout. Home was clean and in easy walking distance to beach. Kitchen was well stocked with the exception of not having enough forks. The host was quick to respond to messages and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool. I would highly recommend this property.

We were grateful for a location not only so close to the beach, but within 10 min from the Sports Complex our son played football at. The home was nice and clean. Just needs some updating of rugs and furniture, which all seemed a little dingy in the living room. The walls were painted prior to our stay, but apparently the guy who painted did not know the correct color, which looked wet on arrival, but end up being a different color when it was dried. So the walls leading up the stairs were a little off, but otherwise everything was wonderful. Plenty of sleep space and linens for each room. One of the pull out couches needed replaced but the other one worked out well. There was a nice balcony to enjoy our morning coffee on and we had a decent view of the ocean from the home as well. The kids loved the heated pool and were grateful for the beach toys that were readily available. Thank You!

Horrible Service Unacceptable Rodent Infestation
T The Grandview Beach house looked beautiful on the surface. The place was filthy. Here is a list of problems: the host was not available and did not respond. I reached out thru the VRBO app, using the contact number(out-of-service) provided on the property. Rodents running arounf the day before our Thanksgiving Dinner. An exterminator came and put down poison, when I had small children on the premise. I went out to purchase linens, towels, face clothes, rodent glue traps and bug spray. These items look dirty and stained. The furniture was filthy and really soiled. The carpet had pet hair all over it. My niece dropped her pacifier several times and pet hair was all over it. The house advertised for 5 bedrooms, but there were only 4 bdrms. No wear to hang clothes or have privacy in the 5th bedroom with no door. The rules were no pets, but the families staying next door had two dogs. I am sure previous renters brought animals to the house we stayed in. The water pressure very low in the 2nd floor bathroom, facing the stairs. Water would not drain in the tub. There were problems with standing water. We attempted tro make some smoothies only to find, the blender had a huge crack in the bottom. I will be writing a review. I have pictures of one of the rodents we caught using our own purchased glue traps. When the exterminator moved the refrigerator, there was plenty of rodent droppings and food. Just nasty!

We typically are on Maui this time of year but because of the fires we booked Panama City last minute. The location was perfect. It is a nice home that needs some care and attention. Communication is lacking timely response. As far as the area, it was as I remembered it and Shell Island is a must do if you are in the market to rent a pontoon boat.
