The most thoughtful and up-to-date touches made for an enjoyable stay with everything we could need. Michael is a great host who cares about his guests experience. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer…but it certainly gave us something to look forward to coming back to!

Pretty and not crowded
Publié le 19 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our few days in this condo and on the beach. Nice area and doesn’t have the crowds of the Destin area. Close to restaurants and a grocery. Check in and check out so easy. Manager communicates quickly. The views were lovely. Only slight issue were elevators. One was broken and 2 usable ones needed maintenance. But other guests told us they were fixing them. But this was only issue and it wasn’t a big deal. Thanks for a nice getaway.

Unsafe elevators

Hello Shirley. Thank you for the great review and glad you enjoyed our condo. It was my fault not to inform you that our resort is in the process right now of refurbishing/replacing all of the elevators at the resort. They waited until the summer season was over as not to inconvenience too many owners and guests. The elevator contractor is on site now, so the elevators are safe, even if they're not the smoothest and quietest right now.

Incredible location for convenience to everything
Publié le 27 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat location. We were convenient to everything in Panama City Beach, 30A and not far from Destin. We took advantage of it all!
The beach is incredibly close to the resort, so not a long walk with all of your beach "stuff" to set up.

We enjoyed the fact the the condo included very nice beach chairs and umbrellas. Also included a pac n play and booster seat which came in handy with our 1 year old. The pac n play also had a very nice mattress pad.
