Always a lovely stay

Very clean & comfortable, well stocked but not cluttered. Great views from the porch (although it might be time to prune back the palm!) and easy access to the beach.
We're already looking forward to our next visit to #3 :)

Perfect spot on 30a!
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location of this condo is perfect for our family. The back door opens up to the steps down to the beach. Having the beach chairs already at the beach is really convenient!
We love that we can still bike down to Seacrest and Rosemary or to The Big Chill by Water Sound.
The condo is always clean and easy to check in and out of.

Publié le 16 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy family and I had the best time here. The condo was very clean and well equipped with the basics for our stay. With 3 young kids, it was great being on the first floor and having super easy access to the beach. We loved the fact that the beach chair service (2 chairs and an umbrella) was included as well. It was wondering having a spot on the beach set up and ready for us when we came out. Overall, I’d highly recommend staying here!

Great unit for an off-season getaway

It was a great unit: clean, stocked with the basics, and located on a private section of the beach reserved for condo residents. One of the best amenities is the complimentary chair/umbrella service. Check in/check out is very smooth, and the owner made sure to reach out to us throughout to see if we needed anything (which we didn’t). It was as smooth a stay as possible, and we would definitely book this place again.

Perfect week for 2 on 30a!
