DO NOT STAY HERE! From the outside the hotel looks nice but once you step into the room it is disgusting, as soon as we opened the front door there was so much moisture in the room that there was still writing in the mirror from what I am guessing was from the previous hotel guest so needless to say I'm pretty sure housekeeping did not wipe down the mirrors. My sister in law later that night went into our room to say that her toilet was overflowing she went down to see if maintenance would go out to fix it, they were not on site they told her they would be there in the morning but no one ever came to check they would go to our room to use the bathroom and her room smelled back from the toilet not working, she also said that they saw a cockroach crawling on the wall in the back of her bed and one in her bed while sleeping. We had our door open on its own at least twice. The hotel is in such I beautiful location to be this run down. We opt from using the elevator as well because of the fear of getting stuck on it. We would have gone else where if it was not Labor Day weekend and knowing the chances of everywhere being booked and being overcharged.

Thank you for staying with us and taking time to comment. It appears we did not meet your expectations and for that I apologize. While the property may be "dated", it should still be clean and everything should be functional. I will be addressing these issues with all involved. Safe travels.

We did not like this hotel. It was very "shady" and I did not feel safe. Also rooms were so old and dirty. Elevator was unsafe and floor was all cracked. Also after leaving charged my account an extra 100.00 and when asked said their housekeeper smelled smoke in our room which is not true. We did not smoke in that room. My bank is disputing it as we speak. With 4 adults would only give two towels and pool has mold all over inside. I have pictures.

Holiday Terrace had unfriendly night employees. Mold in the coffee pot, and pot smoking guests polluting the balcony seating

Thank you for staying with us and taking time to comment. We do have a great location and as we head into the off season we will be in the process of deep cleaning and maintenance programs. We may be outdated but we should be clean and functional.
