Our cottage in Inlet Beach sits in a residential neighborhood and is a very short stroll to one of the most beautiful white sand beaches, near 30A, Rosemary Beach, PCB, Lake Powell which offers kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, fresh & saltwater fishing. 30A offers shopping, dining & entertainment. Close to Rosemary Beach Pedestrian Underpass. Inlet Beach Access has restrooms, an artificial reef for snorkeling, lots of free parking spaces, chair/umbrella rentals & a Lifeguard during peak season. Inlet Beach is a hidden gem!

**Please view banister/stairs if traveling with small kids. There is a permanent baby gate installed at the top of stairs but, we encourage guests to take extra care and responsibility if your group includes children.

*Must be 25 or older to book. Person booking must be on property accompanying guests for the duration of your stay.

**ABSOLUTELY NO smoking, vaping or burning of anything inside the home.

**Only permitted animals are allowed on Walton county beaches. Permits are available to Walton County property owners or permanent residents ONLY. Proof of Residency or Property Ownership is necessary to obtain a permit. Permitted dogs are allowed on County beaches between the times of 3:30pm and 8:30am 365 days a year.

*Our properties are listed as pet free to accommodate guess who may have severe allergies. If any breed of animal accompanies guests an additional cleaning fee of $1000 will be billed to guest for deep cleaning, ozone air purification and replacement of all bedding and area rugs.

*Primary guest(reservation holder) assumes responsibility for any and all damages to the property from all family members, guests, and other invitees.

* 3rd party reservations are a violation of terms of service. Reservations must be made by the person that will occupy the home and person reserving the home must be present for the duration of the booking. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on property. Six person maximum occupancy any person over the allotted number will be charged $50 per person per day.
