What a great place

So warm and cozy. Would do again 100%

Great home and location

Publié le 19 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was the perfect home for our large family vacation, plenty of space for cousins and adults to gather. Everyone had their own rooms (comfortable beds) and bathrooms (which were updated and very clean, nice water pressure). The back porch, sunroom & balcony, were awesome gathering spaces to visit and play games, but the best part was being able to just walk right onto the beach. The beach never got crowded or busy, during spring break, which was great. And if we felt like we wanted privacy we could just sit on the back porch and still see the ocean but not see the people on the beach. We loved it! So close to all the shopping (Target & Walmart for groceries) and restaurants. good wifi, netflix for movies, stocked kitchen, nice beach chairs, everything we needed. Great communication from management. We had no complaints, we'll be back.

You’ll never want to leave…

I’ll start by saying the property is even more beautiful in person. I had looked at the pictures quite a bit and still had my breath taken when we arrived. The front patio looks straight on to the beach and the balcony is a must in the morning to catch a glimpse of dolphins!
There was plenty of space for everyone. You could easily be together in one area and just as easily find somewhere to get a little time for yourself. Bathrooms clean and showers have great pressure. Beds are large and comfortable. Closets and dressers offer plenty of room for unpacking. Kitchens are stocked extremely well. Very nice additional beach chairs and toys.
Lastly I want to make sure I mention the outstanding communication from Warren Beach Rentals. They were so friendly and quick to reply every single time. They worked with us to help pull off a special event for Father’s Day and we could not be more thankful. We will be renting with them again when in town!

The Seahorse is awesome

This is a great place for a 3 generation family stay. Plenty of room inside and out. The concrete deck is especially big. the beach front is nice and uncrowded. Love the "old Florida" vibe.

Perfection!
Publié le 19 mars 2022 sur HomeAway13 of us ranging in age from 3-73, spent a wonderful week at the Seahorse!! Such a clean, beautifully furnished property! Being right on the beach was ideal!! Super easy check-in/check out!! Kids loved the beach and hot tub!!! Only had to call for help once when we couldn't find the laundry machines!! We'll be back!!

Perfect Family Getaway
