I loved the breakfast provided in the morning and being close to everything ! Didn’t know they were pet friendly we had dogs next to us that barked all night none stop and we have a young child that kept waking up due to the constant barking all night .

The worst attention received

When I arrive to the hotel the receptionist inform that they don’t have room for me and will call another hotel to find a room for me, I don’t understand that because I haved the confirmation of my reservation and they know but they didn’t have a room for me, I insisted that they’d have to resolved my situation and I didn’t accepted another hotel because I have my reservation there, then than hour that I have arrived they find finally a room for me but not attending my disgust and I try to speak with the manager or person in charge an never appeared very bad attention

I am sorry that i can't comment on this as me my wife and daughter was stranded in airports for 5 days and when we asked about our reservation the hotel said it had been cancelled. It was so lucky that i have family in panama city they kindly put us up for the remainder of our holiday. We have been compensated for the hotel but i also paid for car hire and was not able to get the car either so i would like if you could look into this and any compensation for the 5 days we lost of our holiday. Thanking you Mr Willis...

The property was nice overall and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the key card machine was down so we had no access to our room. A staff member had to walk us to our room each time we left it.

The location was good. Not too far from the beach or downtown. The couch absolutely needs to be cleaned or changed out. It was disgusting. And the room smelt like cigarettes even though it’s a smoke free facility.
