Great family resort, very clean and well kept. Several options for pools/hot tubs for the days the beaches were closed due to double red flags. Could easily walk straight from the resort to the beach. Parking was great and easy to get in/out.

Do not stay here! It should be closed. Many health code violations.

Bedroom furniture and tv needs to be upgraded. Jettube needs to be cleaned upgeaded looks dirty.

The condo was clean, nice, and spacious. However, we did not get access to the fitness area. The walk from the parking garage to the room was a lot and the property was too crowded for my tastes.

Blood on pillows, random room inspections by staff

We did not get our wrist bands to be on property until our second day, after various requests. We never got the card for the gym. We found pillows in our room with blood on them. We only had one think sheet to cover ourselves on beds. Then we would come back after being gone from our room to find the door open and things moved around. Would not recommend.

The beach was crowded but very nice and easy access. What I did not like was the constant smell of cigarette smoke while on the balcony and on the beach. It slept 8 but was only given complete bedding for 3. The road noise in the front bedroom was loud enough to keep that guest awake until past midnight. Because of these things, I would return to Panama City Beach but not to this resort.
