Perfect family beach trip

We had plenty of room for everyone in our family. Everyone loved the pool. We look forward to renting this house again in the future.

Posted Jul. 23, 2023 on HomeAwaythe house was very nice. there was lots of space for all of us and the bedrooms and the baths were very big. the walk to the beach was not bad at all. the pool and the hot tub was very nice. the pool could use a draining and a good cleaning to get rid of the discoloring of the walls. other than that, the stay was very enjoyable. thanks.

Perfect vacation home
Posted Jun. 20, 2023 on HomeAwayWe loved the house, the pool, the hot tub, the distance to the beach, the non-crowded beach, very low traffic.. we can’t wait to go back next year!! The hosts were very responsive and the home was very well kept and clean!

Great place!
Posted Jun. 7, 2023 on HomeAwayHost is great and very responsive to anything we needed! House has plenty of room for everything, nice furniture, beds were comfortable and pool was great. Very short walk to the beach and right down the road from grocery stores and shops.

Spring Break in Panama City
Posted Apr. 2, 2023 on HomeAwayWe really enjoyed the accommodations. Very nice house with plenty of room. The owner was available any time we called them. The temperature was a little chilly so we appreciated the heated spa! Great location to the beautiful beach and other fun spots. We definitely would do this again! Thanks Chris!

Beautiful Home
Posted Mar. 31, 2023 on HomeAwayOverall the property was beautiful. My only negative was that some items were not clear in the listing. They asked for a security deposit and asked for an additional amount for a cleaning fee that was not spelled out in the ad.

Thank you for your 5 star review, we strive to give our guests a well appointed home for their stay. We absolutely ask for an additional deposit for spa/pool heat, not for cleaning. If the guests would like more than 1 hour of spa heat/day or if they would like the pool to be heated this is when we request the deposit. Most renters do not wish to have more spa heat during the hot summer months but they do request it for the winter months. We rent year round and feel that this is the most equitable way to handle the costs for heating the spa/pool. It is all in the contract - please read the contract. The remainder of the deposit is returned to the renter - this renter received their full deposit back.

Great location at property
Posted Mar. 17, 2023 on HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay! It’s a short walk to the beach, maybe 3-5 min, and the road brings you right to a public beach access. The beach was not very crowded where we were at which was great. Bayou Bills is an 8 minute walk from the house which was great for an evening stroll and has the best seafood. The hot tub was very relaxing. The house was very clean. The only part for us that I wasn’t crazy about is they request you bring your own bedding, otherwise they ask you to wash and dry the ones they provide before you leave. We always bring our own bedding, but some of the others in our group didn’t so it was a little hectic trying to get the laundry done in the morning before checkout at 10:30. Overall great experience and so long as you plan for the bedding, highly recommend!

Thank you for your 5 star review, we strive to provide our renters with memories to last a lifetime. The spa is a wonderful place to unwind after taking in all the tourist attractions PCB has to offer. We have full sets of sheets for each bed, we provide 10 full bath towel sets and 8 beach towels to provide a relaxing time at our home. We do ask our renters to help keep our staff healthy during times when safety protocols are required(i.e.. during Covid-19). Some guests are more comfortable brining their own sheets/towels which is perfectly acceptable. Thank You :)

Thank you for your raving review. We fell in love with our location close to the beach access and our home's ability to accommodate our family of 8. The Gulf is so beautiful with its kaleidoscope of greens and blues colliding with the reds/oranges/yellows and purples during the breathtaking sunsets. The best part is the privacy of this area of the beach - no crowds - just soft white sand, water and waves. We Love It!!!
