Spacious 923 square foot 26th floor condo in Tidewater Beach resort has the MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING AREA DIRECTLY ON THE GULF! A 30 foot balcony is accessible from floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the family room and master bedroom. Discover the peaceful sound of the waves and the spectacular view of the gulf from this 5 star rated unit.

SAVE MONEY! The bunk room has it's own bathroom and gives you the advantage of a second bedroom without the price. There are two twin bunk beds. The condo is furnished with traditional style furniture. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper, a sleeper loveseat and 55" flat screen TV with DVD. Master bedroom has a smart TV with DVD and King size bed. There are two full sized bathrooms with tub/shower. The unit has travertine stone tile floor and carpet, 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, bar area on the balcony.

Our resort is located on 636 feet of beautiful white sand gulf beaches. A first class family resort condominium featuring an impressive array of amenities. The primary renter is required to be at least 25 years old. Two huge lagoon pools at 4200 square foot each with Tiki bar, a 4300 resort ready fitness center with 'health bar' and spa, sauna, steam room, a 5000 square foot conference center, movie/media center, heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, seven high-speed elevators, game room, convenience store, card room and much, much more!

There is one time $35 resort fee payable directly to the resort and extra guest fee for parties larger than 3.

Great place to stay! Very close to Pier Park. Great amenities (pools, hot tub, easy beach access). Photos of room were accurate. High floor with amazing view. Absolutely loved the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors & windows in both the living room and bedroom. Definitely recommend!

Heavy construction in front of resort. If you like to walk around the area you will find it difficult with the sidewalk and curbing torn up on both sides of the road. Check in was horrendous. I couldn’t understand some of the staff. The condo itself was great.

We enjoyed our stay at tidewater the bed was comfortable and the ac worked very well. The water was nice the entire stay. We saw dolphins, sea turtles and sting rays from the balcony. We did go to the beach and rented the beach chairs and umbrella already set up by tidewater for a day. The chairs and umbrella rental ended up being $80 a day after that we used the 2 chairs and umbrella in the apartment. The elevators were hit or miss. Sometimes you got lucky and didnt have to wait long other times you had to wait about 10 minutes. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved i reported a few things to the owner and he informed me the regular cleaning lady was sick and she had a substitute and he would let the regular know about what was missed. We had a very relaxing trip and didnt want to leave id recommend this place to friends.

The property was clean and had a spectacular view. The property manager was great to work with and the check in process was fast and easy. The Tidewater staff was helpful and friendly. There was construction in front of the condo complex which made it a little rough to get in and out of the parking garage. The only complaint we have is that there were several elevators down and the wait was long the whole five day stay.

Worst elevators ever
7 elevators total, three were broken and the ones that did function, stopped on every floor. Sometimes we had to wait up to 10 minutes just to get an elevator. Then by that time, people on other floors are just as aggravated and it shows on everyone's faces. The room we had was nice, but because of the elevator situation, my friends and I would never stay at this property again.

The condo was wonderful ! Beautiful views of the gulf and very clean! The only issue was the construction in front of building and the delays with the elevators. It took quite a bit of time if you wanted to leave the property to get down from the 26 th floor to the the 2 nd floor to the parking garage but other than that it was a wonderful stay!

The suite was just perfect. View is amazing and bed is comfortable. Quiet too - can just listen to the ocean waves. My partner used the gym, we did not use the pools - just the ocean! Way less crowded than some of the other beaches we went to.
