Terrible Management Company
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe recently stayed at a home managed by Exclusive 30A. The home is called Rosemary Renaissance #93. The home is beautiful, but the AC has issues. I hope the owners find a new management company that can best represent their interest. This company is anything but exclusive. When we checked into the house, they immediately told us an AC company would be on site later in the week to perform routine maintenance on the AC unit. Obviously, there was an issue with the AC, but Exclusive 30A didn’t want to admit this for fear of having to discount the rental. They pretended there wasn’t an issue and sent their maintenance guy out as well to tell us the AC still had issues. They certainly didn’t resolve the issue. The AC guy finally showed up and was unable to resolve the issue. He told us the last renter complained about the AC as well. Upon making complaints we were told the guest services director would call. They told us this for three days, but they never called. Exclusive 30A is a joke. If you like sleeping in 75-79 degree temps, this is the place for you. There’s nothing exclusive about this management company. Lots of excuses and lack of communication.

Hello Mark and Callie - I'm so sorry your experience wasn't a positive one. We have worked with the owner to rectify the AC issue as we understand your concerns. We certainly hope you enjoyed Rosemary and the beautiful gulf beaches.

Rosemary Visit
Publié le 27 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was fine and was clean. But it had no amenities we are used to for a home that we rent at this price. Bikes were broken, no beach towels, very few other amenities at the home. The a/c in one of the rooms made a loud sound every time it turned on. I would be ok with it if the home were half of the price but other homes in this price range that we've stayed in at Rosemary have been much nicer.

Hi Marissa, thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. We appreciate your comments on broken bikes, the lack of beach towels, and the A/C issue.
Please let us know if issues with bikes ever arise, as we have a separate bike management company that performs quality checks and fixes. as needed. The home does not supply beach towels and starter packs include enough disposable items to get you started for your stay- I apologize this came as a surprise.
Your insights are valuable, and we hope you'll consider staying with us again for a better experience next time.

Fall break with Family
Publié le 19 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house has a very unique layout with a couple of great spaces to bring everyone together, but then giving everyone plenty of privacy at night. One master on the main floor as you walk in, then go upstairs and there is another master on the second floor. You then go through a door that goes outside to the balcony and there are two more bedrooms that you can only enter from the outside. Finally a third floor as part of the main house with the bunk beds that is great for kids. The location is absolutely perfect and outside of going to the grocery store there is no need for you to drive anywhere. All the beach entrances require badges so it is a good way to have population control and the beach never got too crowded. In the kitchen there are also two large refrigerators which is awesome if you plan on cooking a lot and have a large group. The courtyard was a huge hit and every time we had dinner at the house, we sat outside. It was such a nice treat - cool area and blocked from a big breeze. In terms of things to be aware of, our garage door wouldn't open or close on it's own so we ended up putting a ladder under it to keep it open. Also, all of the bikes kept breaking - the pedals fell off. I emailed the address they gave me however no one responded. Also, the kitchen on the main is an alley kitchen so gets a little tight if more than 2 people are in there. Overall amazing and highly recommend!
