Welcome to 2001 Ocean Villa, located in the HEART of sunny Panama City Beach, FL overlooking the stunning emerald blue/green waters of the Gulf of Mexico with 27 miles of white sandy beaches!

If you/your family and your guests are looking for relaxation and/or fun with AMAZING views of the beach and the sound of the surf, look no further than 2001 Ocean Villa, CENTRALLY located at 10625 Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, Florida!

This beachfront corner/end unit condo is located on the 20th floor of Ocean Villa, a 23-story building, and is at the West end of the building with unobstructed million-dollar views of the World-renowned Sun-Drenched Panama City Beach Florida!

The spacious PRIVATE semi-circle design balcony is over-sized (approx. 270 sq. feet) and you’ll find yourself spending a lot of time on the balcony enjoying your morning coffee as you watch the dolphins and stingrays frolic in the Gulf or enjoying evening drinks as you watch gorgeous sunsets and create magical memories AND unwind or recharge! The balcony extends outward and showcases the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico, creating a beautiful view of the ocean waves as you view the sunrise in the morning or sunset each night.

There are lots of kid-friendly attractions and restaurants nearby, or head on down to the ground level and enjoy the high-caliber amenities including two large sparkling swimming pools (one heated seasonally), steam room or soothing hot tub for rejuvenating fun and relaxation! There is also plenty of lounge chairs around the pools for your use! Gas/Propane barbecue grills are available for cookouts under a pavilion with plenty of tables/chairs for seating!

You can also access the beach via a private gate with a secure gate code from the pool deck. You also have access to Beach Services (seasonally) directly in front of the condo on the beach which include beach chair rentals with umbrella, parasailing, banana boat rides, jet ski rentals, night-time firepit setup and more! Inquire at the beach hut for pricing. There is also a small gulf-facing fitness center and dry/heat sauna located on the 3rd floor of the building for guests' access.

The condo is spacious (1,174 sq ft.), with two bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. There is a flat panel 55-inch SMART TV (Wi-Fi accessible) in the living room with a large sofa and also two comfortable swivel chairs to sit and watch TV or converse with family and friends. The condo is keyless entry, and a code will be provided to you prior to your arrival! The condo has 10-foot ceilings throughout making it bright and airy! Crown molding in the main living space adds that special elegance!

You have picturesque views right from the living room and the master bedroom with both facing the Gulf of Mexico with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors to the balcony as mother nature paints beautiful sunsets on the sky each and every day!

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large sliding glass door to the balcony with a SMART TV mounted directly across from the bed. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and also a full-size (double) bed. There is also a chest of drawers to place your guests' clothes. The guest bedroom also has a SMART TV and DVD player. All TVs in the condo have High Definition (HD) Xfinity Cable TV. Both bedrooms have closets to hang your clothes and store your luggage. The closets include hangers and extra bedding/blankets/pillows. THERE ARE BLACKOUT CURTAINS IN BOTH BEDROOMS TO KEEP MR. FLORIDA SUNSHINE FROM WAKING YOU UP EARLY! The condo sleeps 8 comfortably.

This condo is centrally situated on Front Beach Road and within 5-6 miles of Gulf World Marine Park, Pier Park and Swampy Jack's Wongo Adventure Park. Ripley's Museum, WonderWorks, COBRA Adventure Park, Coconut Creek Mini Golf and Panama City Zoo are all within 2 miles of the condo. A Wal-Mart superstore is 2 minutes away from the condo on Front Beach Road which is convenient for grocery shopping and essentials!

Many, if not most of the other dining, shopping, entertainment and local beach hangouts are within a short driving distance from the condo due to the centralized location on the beach!
The condo is decorated (see pictures) with beach furnishings and includes amenities (noted below) to make guests feel right at home. Cloudy or rainy days are not a problem with an extensive DVD library (over 100 DVD's in the condo) to find that special movie. The condo has FREE WIFI Internet (password protected), HD Cable TV with DVD Player & Movie Library.
A Washer-Dryer is located inside the condo. Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher all located in the condo. The kitchen also includes a Mr. Coffee brand coffee maker, a Keurig POD coffee machine, 4-slice toaster, blender and all the dishes/flatware, knives and serving utensils you need to feed a hungry family or prepare a special meal.

Granite counter tops compliment the kitchen as well as a bar area that seats 5! It's easy to whip up your favorite meal for the family, simple snack or make a gourmet dinner for two! The barstools provide a casual spot for quick meals, or the dining room table provides room for the family meals (6 chairs) or outside on the balcony is a table that seats six (6)!

Beds/Baths: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 full (double) Bed,1 Sofa Bed (queen size), and 2 full baths.

This condo is beautifully decorated, and the owner takes pride in providing you with a relaxing place to stay. This condo/building is a self-catering property. You are provided with starter supplies such as a few rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a few garbage bags, some liquid laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. You will need to bring more of these items or purchase more during your stay as needed.

THIS CONDO AND THE BUILDING COMMON AREAS ARE SMOKE FREE AND SMOKING OR VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONDO, OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR OR THE CONDO BALCONY AND ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS ON THE GROUND LEVEL.

Parking: 2 levels of COVERED parking underneath the building. Overflow COVERED parking across the street in a 3-level parking garage. There is a covered walk-way bridge to use/get you back over to the building from this garage. The garage clearance underneath the building and in the parking garage across the street is 7 FEET.

Travelling by Air? Panama City Beach is home to Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) https://www.iflybeaches.com/. The airport is 25 minutes from the condo. This is an International Airport! There are many direct flights to this airport. Direct flights from these cities to Panama City Beach include:
