Chambre avec vue… quelle déception !
Publié le 12 mai 2023 sur HotelsL’hôtel domine la plage, la chambre est très bien mais attention « chambre avec vue » signifie juste qu’il y a une fenêtre !!! Vue sur la rue et le parking 😡
Quand on le signale à la réception, on se fait envoyer bouler, il fallait demander une chambre avec « awesome view » Limite malhonnête, vu le prix de la chambre… Et aucun geste ni excuse ni rien

The hotel itself is very clean and upscale, we were very impressed, definitely will be returning and is highly recommended. The only negative thing is the room tv has a built-in timer and will shut off without warning and we couldn't get it to come back on

Our check in wasn’t good. The 1st room we were given was very smelly . We went back to the ck in desk & we were given another room which was ok we thought. We had put food in the frig & realized it didn’t work. There was some button. Inside you had to push every 2 hours. My husband called & asked someone to ck it. They never came he called back they finally sent someone. He said they would’ve to get us another frig but it would be bigger. The guy brung us the other frig, that didn’t fit it had to sit down on the floor which took us space we needed.
We were supposed to be charged when we stayed but was charged some of the fee before arrival. That wasn’t the card we wanted to use. My husband gave them a different card & told the lady that checked us in to put the total on the card he gave her. She said she did. She never did. When we checked out we found out she had charged both cards & never put back the initial payment. The guy that checked us out got it straitened out. He put back the one payment & charged the total amount to the card we wanted the payment on. My husband has been a Marriott member for over 20 years & that is how he get treated & the nasty smelly room & a room where the frig didn’t work. My husband had gotten a cooler for the food & drinks. We were very disappointed in this Springhill by Marriott.
