The wait for elevators was extremely long some times 20 minutes they charge for parking even though you are staying i had one night that I had to park down the street in a unsecured parking lot. all they said when I said the garage is full is I don't know what to tell you, also the staff in the restaurant was allowing 2 Black men to be extremely loud using filthy language when we complained they just told them they were bothering us so we just left and they began to call us Donald Trump there were 10 of us we will not ever be back !!!!

Stay was good. Master bed was very comfy but the other beds were not as comfortable. Staff was very nice. Everything was clean. No issues with anything really.

Contre : didn't really like having to wear the wrist band...
Emplacement : not really close to attractions, but there was no noise or disturbances at the hotel, Friendly guests-we all talked in the elevators!
24th floor, great view, but a bit of a wait for the elevator. We walked it a couple of times and counted it as exercise! condo a bit worn, but comfortable, kitchen equipment was adequate for us, enough to make breakfasts and lunches had a condo with bunk beds, two bathrooms - it worked well for our family we enjoyed our stay

Front desk was not at all helpful,and borderline rude. Security staff was much more helpful in assisting us in finding our reservation, would never have found our reservation without assistance from security staff. Elevator wait times on weekend were ridiculously long. Room was beautiful and well stocked.

The condo was not what we thought. I requested 2 bedrooms and bunk beds. We were booked into a 1 bedroom and a 1/2 bed in the hall with a trundal bed that had to be pulled out blocking the hall when in use. The elavators were terrible. It was not unusual to wait 10 minutes on an elavator.

First bad experience.

The room was pretty warm. We called the front desk and the maint. came and rebooted the AC. He said that would work. It did not. One of the reason was that the hanging vertical blinds had some missing (about 1/4 of them) blinds and you could not sleep late or block the sun. The maint. never came and replaced them. There was fecal matter on the master toilet lid and seat. We could have cleaned the toilet but, the temp. and the sun was pretty bad.

Very confusing process of checking in. It had to be done at another building. This information wasn't provided through hotels.com. I had to make 8 phone calls to figure out how to check in! No additional supplies are provided, so bring your own tp! Slow elevators, and not the cleanest condo.

Nice place to stay. Good location for our needs. Didn't have 24hr front desk service which might have been an inconvenience if needed.
