Venture Out Resort is a popular golf cart community located on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach bordering St Andrews State Park. Bring your boat! Fun for the entire family without ever leaving the resort! Venture Out has it all including a fishing pier on the bay with fish cleaning station, private boat launch with boat slips, car/boat wash down area, two community pools (one beachfront, one overlooking the bay, both with restrooms), community grills, playground, shuffleboard, mini golf, basketball, and much more! The resort has several bathhouses with spacious showers and self service laundry machines. These facilities are available for use in addition to having your own private bathrooms/laundry at the cottage. Ice is available for purchase at the main office. 24 hour onsite security. Dedicated private beach access directly across the street. Golf cart provided for easy resort navigation. Beach chair service is provided complimentary (March-October) which includes 2 padded chaise loungers with umbrella. Additional chairs may be rented directly from the beach vendor. During the off season you'll need to bring your beach supplies from home. Use the golf cart to tote all your beach supplies (just bring your cooler)!

470 Marlin Drive is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that sleeps 6 (4 adults comfortably). Living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa. Unit comes with all bedding, linens, & bathing towels. Enjoy a private driveway and gas golf cart to quickly navigate to the beach or to the many great amenities within the resort. Watch the boats arrive at Pirates Cove Marina next door or swim with mermaids at Sisters of the Sea Restaurant. Expect to see wildlife at night walking throughout the resort. Deer and raccoons are known to visit regularly.

The resort charges a $75 registration fee due upon arrival if not prepaid online. If you have more than 1 vehicle additional fees will apply. **golf cart is not street legal and solely intended for use inside resort only but includes crossing street to beach** Boat/trailer daily fees apply. Ask owner for detailed information.

Loved the property! First time ever to stay in Venture Out and I will definitely be back. Owner was great at responding to my questions. I highly recommend this property and if available when I go back I will probably stay there again. Very clean and comfy place to stay! 5 Stars!

Absolutely beautiful and perfect. A little hard for us with walking disabilities issues for the both of us. Gas golf cart we tried to use but was unsuccessful (not the units fault) we just couldn't get it to lock in place with the break. Definitely needs longer strings to turn the light and fan on in one of the bedrooms. Overall if we were in better shape it would have been perfect for us.

Amazing beach/resort get away!
We came here for spring break with my two sons (12 and 9). The house is so clean and has everything that is needed! It was super close yo a heated pool and park. It was a short golf ride to a private beach and another private pool! Every day we would go to the beach and there were two chairs and an umbrella set up for us - it was heaven. Every question or request was answered timely by the owners. I would strong suggest renting this property if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay!

Great Location
The description and images were accurate. The golf cart was a great way to quickly hop over to the marina and to the beach; the kids loved it and wanted to ride it everywhere in the complex. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, so all we had to do was grab groceries. Loved having a washer and dryer, so we didn't need to pack a ton of clothes.

Great stay at a great resort!
My boyfriend and I stayed here last week and we loved it!! It was absolutely perfect for us. Enough space for us and any guests, if we would have had some. The house is right next to the boat docks, fishing pier, pool and park. Very convenient, especially with the golf cart. Owner always happily answered any questions I had and made sure I received all the information ahead of time. The ONLY complaint we have was the mattress… it was very stiff and uncomfortable to us. My boyfriend has a bad back and said it felt like sleeping on a wood plank. Other than that, we had a great stay! Would highly recommend and will most likely stay again!!

2023 Spring Break with Family
Our family loves vacationing at Venture Out and using VRBO was a “plus” this year! This house is a great location, has a gas golf cart and all linens were provided. We will definitely book this house for our next Venture Out Vacay!

Amazing house in a perfect location
The house was super clean and well maintained what made it cosy and welcoming. We felt like home from the beginning on! The location close to the state park and the amenities in the community is really convenient. The golf cart provided made it easy and fun getting around. We would definitely come back!

Our beach cottage was so perfect for us. Location was close to the back pool. Golf cart rides were enjoyed by all. Cottage was clean and comfortable and very cute. So glad we were able to rent this for our first vacation in PCB!

Nice spot for family of 4
Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all of our things and sleeping arrangements. We did not really use the provided golf cart due to red flags flying at the beaches, however, we were SO HAPPY when we realized St. Andrews park was only 2 minutes down the road which has a lagoon beach with no waves for our 4 year old to swim in- that made our trip! If you are able I would advise bringing fans as the bedrooms are pretty hot at night. Overall great stay- would recommend!

Spring Break PCB 2022
We enjoyed our stay and for the most part it was really enjoyable. I do have a couple of recommendations that might would make the stay a little nicer. 1. The master bedroom does not get the same temperature as the rest of the home. It gets really warm and stuffy if u close the door. That made sleeping comfortably a challenge 2. The shower head in the master bath is broken and sprays water 3. The GAS golf cart was a real struggle to drive and it is really loud. So going out for a morning stroll or a late night stroll was difficult 4. The fold out sofa was really bad in terms of comfort. 5. Complimentary beach chairs was a bit of a struggle because no one knew what I was talking about when trying to tell them I needed chairs. I didn’t know what name to give them and they didn’t know it by address as they were looking for a unit number Location was good. Overall it was good. These recommendations are just to help you improve. Beach was beautiful. Access was easy. Thank you

Let’s Venture Out
We spent Thanksgiving week here and had a blast! The cottage was the perfect rental for my family. Venture out is a great little close knit community. Everyone is so friendly and kind there. The owner of the cottage was great with communication. The place was clean, modern, and the beds were extremely comfortable! The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my Thanksgiving sweet potato casserole! My contribution to the potluck. We highly recommend this cottage at Venture Out. Also… Extremely close to the entrance of Saint Andrew’s State Park.

Great Beach Bungalow!!!
Great location! Very clean and very responsive host. We enjoyed the cozy beach decor and all the conveniences of home! The golf cart, beach access and beach chairs were great! Highly recommend choosing this rental for a fantastic getaway!
