Great communication but roaches

Multiple emails, a call the day of to ensure we had everything and to update us on check in time and text throughout our stay to ensure we were okay. There wasn’t printed check out instructions, wifi or location information. The unit and complex was cute for a weekend stay. But they have a MAJOR issue with roaches. As soon as we entered the unit we killed two roaches on the appliances and furniture. After about an hour, we found a roach on our bag. In the morning, a roach in our towelette bag. We killed 6-8 roaches over a one night stay. Would not be back to this unit.
