Stay away from this place

The room was so ran down the door wouldn’t close unless you slammed it shut, the battery compartment for the key pad kept falling off the bathroom door would close, in the middle of the night we found cockroaches in the bathroom, the walls had stuff smeared all over them, the fitted frame sheet had big white stains down the side, the room smelled awful when we first walked in. The price for that stay should’ve been closer to $50 than the almost $150 we paid for one night. Just awful and so poorly taken care of.

I really wanted to like this place because we would be beachside, in a cute little hotel. This was not cute. We booked a room with a private balcony and ended up on the bottom floor, which was actually a walk up patio. I liked that we could walk right to the beach, it had a pool with a tiki bar, and was in a great area. Unfortunately, this place was so dirty and gross we had to leave. The room had stains on the ceiling and walls, dirt smelly carpet, moldy ac's and a BABY COCKROACH INFESTATION. The first day we had no luck changing rooms, couldn't walk around with out shoes or watch TV because the wifi and cable wouldn't work. After one night we woke up to about 15 baby cockroaches crawling on the fridge area. This was the last straw, we could not stay here anymore. They did give us a full refund and didn't give us trouble about it. Expedia wouldn't let us use a credit for a new place but they did refund us in about 3 business days. Blessing in disguise because we splurged for the Hyatt and loved it so much! This place could be so much better if it was taken car of better.

BEST PLACE FOR YOUR BEACH FIX

The view is priceless. The staff is amazing. Loved the Tiki bar and the bartender. The rooms are not 4-star, but the payoff is the view and the proximity to the beach. YOU ARE LITERALLY ON THE BEACH. The beach is our priority, so the room is not a problem for us.

Bikini beach not resort

Our rain was nothing like the pictures. It was dark and drab. It was not in a great state of repair (we had tile that was leaning against the wall and not attached). There was no working ice machine on the premises and we were told we could get ice at the tiki bar that never opened. My bed was comfortable but it was not level and I felt like I would roll off of it. Our room was full of love, bugs on the bed, the walls and the ceiling. It has great views and is in a great location. I've stayed here many times and it's never been like this.

We have been coming to this property for years. This is the final. We were greated with the nastiest attitudes from Alex and I assume the head housekeeper. The room walls were nasty. Several guest we spoke eith had the same issues. Hotel maintenance is non existent. One remote no batteries two tvs one was broken. Never ever again

Not enough towels or pillows in a suite meant for up to 6 people. To get clean towels you have to bring your dirty ones down to the front desk. Why should the guest have to do all the work? The staff should bring them to your room! The cabinets hadn’t even been wiped down from the last guests. You could see dirty fingerprints all over the cabinets. The cabinets inside were also filthy. It has a kitchen and stove yet no cutlery or pots or plates. The staff seem very nonchalant about guests needs. The beach made up for and the cheap prices. Yet they need to step their game up. Also we saw water bugs in the room ! Disgusting!!!
