The stay was ok. However, we did have issues with the tv the first night and had to do without. The next day they swapped the tv out and we then had tv. Also, it says they have WiFi, however, it said no internet connection. So we wasn’t able to use WiFi at all. We was offered a percent off due to tv issues, upon checkout. When it came to that time, manager needed to do it and she wasn’t there. Called back for manager, message left for her, no callback. Called the next day was told to take it up with travel agent, which I did, they only agreed to a certain amount off, not the full percent off that was offered. So that’s my reasons for my rating. If u agree and offer something then follow through with it.
