Ok hotel for the price. Clean but a lot of noise! Hard to sleep.

we are staying in the City center a short distance from where all the Carnival events were held, we are sorry for the inconvenience but it is difficult to compete with 3 stages with music within a short distance.

Although it is announced that there is parking, there is no parking available. The receptionist clearly said that "No hay estacionamiento" and that I can park in the street at my own risk. The neighbourhood is not safe.

Thank you for your reservation, but, I invite you to read the services offered by the hotel, nowhere does it explain that we have private parking, it is parking on the street outside the accommodation.

Un très bon rapport qualité/prix
Publié le 12 mai 2021 sur HotelsOn n'est clairement pas ici sur de l'hébergement de luxe, mais le rapport qualité/prix m'a semblé très bon : pour une vingtaine d'euros, j'ai eu une chambre simple mais confortable, avec une literie plus que correcte, une télé et une salle de bains privée.
Le personnel a été très accomodant avec moi et ils ont accepté de garder mes bagages pendant 3 jours où j'étais en excursion.
Le quartier autour de l'hôtel n'est par contre pas inoubliable.

Walls and ceilings and doors are gapped with space so EVERYTHING is heard room-to-room. I complained the 1st night and Manager did nothing. After 2 nights they moved me, but it was still UGLY LOUD. Wore earplugs to get to sleep, noise until 2 AM. ZERO hot water.

I think it might have been a case of not knowing how to use it, as even after changing rooms, you still reported no hot water. Razoável
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsRazoável. Para uma noite, como foi meu caso, está ok! Fica próximo de uma estação de metrô, por isso é fácil de chegar do aeroporto. Mas a funcionária que fez meu check-in não foi prestativa, não deu uma palavra comigo. Ao redor do hotel não é muito agradável, para jantar eu pedi uma entrega do Mc Donalds mesmo.
