Attention to details would put his place over the top with 5 stars. Entry way and elevator rugs were dirty and in need of vacuuming! Staff very pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately many homeless in the area and wandering the parking lot of the hotel all hours of the day and night! In need of security for theses reasons. Would stay again, room was very clean and the bed was so comfy! Definitely a good place to stay!

Be sure to get prepaid breakfast tickets at chk in
Lovely place- great view. We did have a little trouble in the morning with our prepaid breakfast! I had to do some research to prove to the front desk that it was to have been included. The necessary tickets were not given to us when we checked in.

Great hotel needs some changes
Everything was very clean and staff members were great. The only thing I would have changed was that we could not open our curtains in the room because everyone in the bar would look into our room so that was a bummer. The hotel should look into blocking the view somehow for that one room because it’s very uncomfortable.

stayed in a Marina view room. Wish the curtains had been working properly along with other minor details in the room. Alerted them at check out. hope they fix those minor things cause its a nice hotel.

The place is relatively new and clean, with modern decor. The rooms are decorated very nicely. I just wish it was maintained better: the screen was motorized but it wasn’t working, so we couldn’t lower the shade. The handle on the door was coming off, the lock on the door to the balcony wasn’t working well, and the service at the breakfast was extremely slow. Also, they offer free coffee in the lobby but they take it out by 730, I don’t even know why they put it away so early when checkout is at 11am. Also there was a $3 charge for using credit card??? Why??? Check in process was extremely slow too. Also - the roof top bar was pretty small.

Beautiful water views, quiet atmosphere. The lobby had a great scent. The lemongrass and rosemary landscaping also gave away great scent around the property. I Will definitely book Indigo again!
