The concierge’s were incredible. The front desk was not well informed, about how things functioned at the hotel.
I had no towels, washcloths, hand towels, on Monday, when I checked in. After repeatedly asking the front desk. I received two towels. I received one more towel on Tuesday. Friday, when housekeeping cleaned my room, they took my towels. I had to go to the front desk, and repeatedly, ask for towels, again.
I did not use housekeeping for three of the six days that I stayed there, including my final weekend. Housekeeping were not responsive to resolving issues, that normal housekeeping would resolve, on the spot.
The building is older, and maintenance has not kept up with the repairs.
I would not recommend the restaurant, or staying there.
Although it is convenient to many places, there are a plethora of places within 500 meters, that better serve their guests.
I have been traveling for four weeks, and relying on the places that I stayed for laundry service. It cost me $53USD for 6 t-shirts, 2 long sleeve shirts, 2 shorts, and a laundry bag. I paid more for laundry, than the previous three weeks of service, all combined.
