I overall liked staying here, my big complaint was in ability of being able to contact the property. Multiple phone calls and a email that was never responded to. It was very frustrating. I also was told if they were to receive a delivery for me there would be a charge.

Our room was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was very friendly. The food from the poolside restaurant was mediocre but I guess that’s to be expected. Also, our fridge was broken.
