I do like this hotel for 25 USD ! i had some beef with the staff, but somehow they needed it + x eventually ;) Some rooms are well equipped (with fridge, microwave, sofa, etc) and big bathroom. Air condition is working, there is parking. The hotel kitchen offers decent food !

Terrible hotel. The online pictures show a simple yet clean room. I was shown 2 different rooms and the furniture was run down, beds were stained and with hairs, walls had humidity stains and the smell was stale. They offer free shuttle to and from the Airport but, when I arrived to Tocumen, the staff of the transportation company that provides the shuttle service told me that they were not working with this hotel anymore and had to pay for a taxi to the hotel. I asked for my money back and was told that I'd have to speak to the supervisor, who was not present and allegedly would not arrive until "later" in the day. Since I was on Panama for only a day, I did not have time to return to demand my money back or go to the police or any other authority.

Posted Mar. 4, 2020 on HotelsThe location of the hotel was in a part of town that is not extremely safe. There was ample parking in a lot nearby. Staff were friendly & check-in was a breeze. The size of the room was decent; hot water & water pressure was great. Wifi speed worked really well. Would not recommend for families or extended stay.

Budget hotel, fairly convenient
Posted Jan. 14, 2020 on HotelsThe hotel is not too far from the city center. Nothing special but a reasonable budget option. The staff are helpful and friendly. At least one of the staffers speaks English. There is a small restaurant next to the hotel, rather than inside it.
