Publié le 8 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayCondo was clean and well equipped. Hot water sink tap in the master bathroom was seized and would not turn. TV’s did not have any subscription, the host stated that they had TV and he would check into it, never heard back from him. Internet work well.
The roof top pool is amazing with a wonderful ocean view. The condo does not have a balcony.
This building is located on the very busy Balboa Ave. The main artery traffic noise was unacceptable. Another building tenant noted to us that because we were only on the 13th floor, the traffic noise would annoy us. It did, we slept in the back bedroom to avoid the front street noise.
Overall we feel we got good value for the price, however we would not stay here again due to the noise and the fact that this area of Panama City has no beaches or swimmable ocean front within walking distance. It is however a close walking distance to the downtown financial district and also the “old city” area.

Nice location in a walkable area of Avenida Balboa. But this apartment needs some care. The living room window coverings falling apart, will not close. Sofa is old and worn, your back will hurt if you sit more than a few minutes. Big whole in wall in primary bedroom that is poorly patched. High speed internet is great! Cable TV gives a message to “contact them immediately”.

Great View of the Bay, Comfortable Bed

There were a few items that could be added to make for a better experience, which I have passed along to the owner. Overall, it was a good experience, with a great location.

Excellent and what a view!

Apartment is very well equipped with everything you may need. Water in showers is adequate and warm. Wonderful view from private balcony. Host met us at check in and gave us a tour of property. Very nice rooftop pool with another excellent view. We would definitely stay here again!!
