4 out of 5!! Would stay again

Very clean. Air worked great. For the most part friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The only issue we had, was our key card kept deactivating. Other than that, everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

The pool was good but also dirty, I didn't have any housekeepers coming to my room to clean it, I cut my foot with a piece of glass that was previously there, floor was dirty, I had to ask the housekeepers to give me new towels and linen and they literally told me that I have to bring the dirty ones to the housekeeping office, I also had to make my own beds and sweep my floor cause they didn't even care. Front desk people didn't even care about my complaints and when I tried to spoke to a manager they basically told me that he wasn't there so there's nothing they can do about it, completely disappointed and I want a refund for this!

Warm front desk, the air in the room was just not set to taste . It was more on the musty side which may not be entirely due to a lack of cleaning
