Very noisy at the site from neighbors. Lots of motorcycles with their noise till late. Property can't control that however.

You get what you pay for....

We arrived on time for check-in right at 4pm or room wasn't ready for another hour so check-in was at 5pm for us. Got to the room there were old contacts from previous rental on the bathroom sink. The bed was so uncomfortable and the sheets had pubic hair on them. Needles to say we slept on top of the comforter with a throw blanket we brought from home. TV is very fuzzy picture wasn't worth having in the room. Only 1 elevator and only 2 luggage carts so the elevator wait times were crazy and you literally had to chase someone down to get a luggage cart.

Simply disgusting mode all around the doors the ceilings bedroom, nasty towels nasty. There is no upgrade. It is disgusting. Wouldn’t even let my dog dogs sleep in that filthy disgusting place.

Do not book with them. Most of our plugs in the room didn't work, elevator didn't work, staff peed on our toilet while we were out, no hot water, got cut on the glass that covers the night stand, door between the rooms wouldn't shut and lock so they pushed a chair up against it. All of this was brought up to the staff on the second day there, because no one was there the first day we were to complain to. They couldn't move us and refused a refund.

I knew I was booking a budget motel, but I just needed one night before my timeshare was ready and this was right on the beach and convenient to the airport. The room was extremely clean, but the furnishings were dated and old, the TV did not work - every single channel was just fuzzy, and the door to the balcony would not lock - that by itself is concerning and not safe. Once on the balcony, the AC grate was rusted and bent. Parking was a hassle to find an open spot without having to go across the street and down the block. The beachside location was a plus.

We had a great stay in all. The only negative thing I would say is the water did not stay hot or even warm long at all. And sometimes it would go hit to hot back to hot all in a couple minutes.

My room the first night flooded and the bathroom was unusable. They were also doing construction on the weekend in front of the second room that they ended up giving me. The manager also told me that the room they had put me in was known for flooding so instead of putting me in a proper room, they put me in a room they knew was faulty. Was not worth the money.

Property needs to be updated, it is a bit run down. The overall property lacks basic amenities in the room and especially in the pool area. Direct access to the beach is the saving grace for this location.

One night stay.

Just came for a baseball tournament, pretty much served its purpose. Nice view from Patio stayed on the 1st floor so literally was steps from the beach. Bathroom door handle had came off as soon as I got there but they never fixed. Maintenance man left my door ajar thank God nobody went in my room I guess. Not really a lot of room yo park but they do have over flow parking across the street.

Walls are VERY thin. Praying other small children aren’t exposed to the adult entertainment going on in the next room like mine was. Housekeeping didn’t restock toiletries on a 4 day stay. Location is good to just enjoy the beach access and lay your head down to rest and reset for the next day. Parking is a challenge.
