I asked the staff to connect me with someone locally and never heard another word. I also asked to be moved to another room and never got a response. But they did find an item I accidentally left and are arranging to mail it. Otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful hotel in nice location. Room was spacious and comfortable. TV didn’t work. No ice is a problem. Minibar is ridiculous and takes up entire fridge space. Lobby Restaurant menu has only a few items. Breakfast Buffet is excellent.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, walkable to Balboa plaza, many restaurants, and the casino. Short Uber/cab ride to old city. Customer service was excellent at check- in and declined slightly. The concierge was not helpful. I asked for restaurant recommendations for brunch and she sent me to a restaurant that was closed. 😆 Room service and the dining staff were wonderful. The elevators glitched the entire time I was there. It rained quite a bit so I’m not able to comment on the pool or other amenities. Overall, I give this property a 8/10. I would recommend and stay again.

The customer service was excellent. Everyone was so attentive and always with a smile. Hotel room was clean and there area a couple of food options in the hotel as well as room service available. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Panama. The area is a little run down but very safe.
