Publié le 31 juill. 2019 sur HotelsResort vieillot, 2 suites "honeymoon" avec vue mer réservées mais une à l'étage avec vue unique sur les cocotiers, on a demandé de changer de chambre ce qui a été accepté mais sans vue mer...wifi qui marche uniquement au bar de la piscine, restauration (2 x 6 diners + 2 x 6 pdj) de piètre qualité moyenne et qu'il ne faut pas oublier de réserver au moins 2 à l'avance car aucun autre restaurant à moins de 25 km à la ronde, petit déjeuner continental servi froid ou tiède au mieux...2 gros chiens dans le restaurant qui viennent aux tables quémander de la nourriture, sinon personnel avenant et attentif, environnement calme et belle plage de sable blanc, nous ne recommanderons donc pas cet établissement

Overnight in fantastic beach and area.

Aircon did not work. the rooms are quite warm. place is run down. Bathroom drains floods when use. resort owner is unfriendly. very sad for a resort that is in good location. poorly run and maintained.

Sorry you did not even have contact with the resort owner or staff, why you wrote like this? On your check in Day you was informed that we had a 15 hours Blackout from electricity, while our generators try to serve you well.

Rude and abrupt owner, I booked an air conditioned room with breakfast included. Unfortunately the room’s aircon was hotter than outside temperature and was not working, towels and bedding were like second hand rags and breakfast was meant to be included as part of the package. The staff were very polite and helpful although the owner was extremely rude and stated I was trying to scam him for asking for what I had paid for under the contract.. this was very disappointing and in fact made the stay very uncomfortable. After an irate conversation with the owner explaining I would not have booked this hotel if I had known this would be the case we were moved to a slightly better room and offered a small breakfast for the remaining two days. I would not recommend unless a change in management occurred.

Regarding the Booking what we received and showed you, the breakfast was NOT included but after your shouting and screaming in front of our personal we upgraded your room with breakfast. No once was rude except you, while you was not even at the Resort. Why you cannot talk to us at the reception in a normal way?

Short family trip
Publié le 21 déc. 2022 sur HotelsA quiet little gem on the coast in Antique. Its seen better days, but that didn't make our 2 night stay any less pleasurable. My wife and I stayed in a 'cottage/cabin' and 6 family members stayed in the family villa, which was enormous in size and had a large beach front patio with a large table where we could all eat together (both food we brought, and meals we ordered from their restaurant). Both accommodation types included a fridge and the family villa also had a small kitchen sink. Great ocean view and the pool was fine. The restaurant food was quite good and reasonably priced, and overall the service provided by all the staff members we dealt with was of a very high standard.
We will in all likelihood return to Phaidon.
