Best hotel in the world.
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI and my son are really enjoy stay in this hotel, it’s the best hotel I have ever stay around the world, room clean, customer service is the best of politeness, front desk and hotel employee helped me at 4 am when I was really sick and brought me to hospital ( ER/ UGD ) and he waited me till I released from hospital, manager hotel checked on me in the morning and over meal to bring up to my room. I am looking forward to stay here in the future.

Elegant and very friendly hotel with its staff

You can have different exotic indo food and also western cuisine. Shortly a place to stay everytime you come to bangka.

Overall is a wonderful experience. The check in is a little bit too long because they cannot find my booking. It turned out that hotels.com made the booking through expedia. But all the staffs are nice and helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast that’s why I cannot give the review. The swimming pool is s little bit with open space which the neighbors (people who live around the hotel) can see you a bit.

손님의 불편한 사항에 대해서 관심을 가지려합니다. 크지는 않지만 15 M 정도 길이의 야외 수영장이
깨끗하게 관리되고있고, 아침 부페는 만족할 만 합니다. 전체적으로 인도네시아식 식사이긴하나
서양식 아침도 먹을 수있습니다. Pangkal pinang 에 오는 분들에게 머무를 장소로 적극 추천 합니다.
