Poor customer service
Publié le 21 déc. 2023 sur HotelsOne of my family members was sick so we decided to stay an additional night. The day before I went to the hotel's reception and asked to book the additional night. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com. The next day when I visited the reception to make sure the reservation was extended, the lady mentioned I needed to do the check out and check-in again (go twice to the reception). They wouldn't even respect the price informed by hotels.com even when I showed the receipt. They charged an extra 20% to the rate informed by hotels.com. The hotel is surrounded in a beautiful forest but I ended up wasting 5-6 hours just dealing with the reception people...

Cozy stay
Publié le 12 avr. 2022 sur HotelsOur friends were getting married at a hotel nearby and we decided to stay here as a budget-friendly option and were more than pleasantly surprised by the cabin. It was not only cozy, but extremely clean, had all the kitchen tools we needed, was stocked with wood and easy to get around the Huilo Huilo reserve from.
I would 100% return!

Publié le 15 févr. 2022 sur HotelsIt was a really nice place, in the middle of nature, spacious and beautiful place. However, needs better maintanance, there's no wifi, also the appliances were half broken.
Besides that a real nice get away.
