Good room but cold
The heating system was lacking. A wall unit and a portable heater. The two couldn’t keep the room warm, however the cold overnight temperatures of 10 F didn’t help. Otherwise very good room

Very clean! Great value for your money. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. My only con was the windows are very drafty (got down to below 20° at night, December). Would absolutely stay here again. I also thought their pet fees were very reasonable at $10/pet and would return with my dog.

Staff are friendly and efficient. Rooms are a decent size. It appears that they are gradually updating rooms so keep up the good work! I mean, it is Panguitch so noone should expect modern or fancy. You get character here.

It was a very cold room. The heater didn’t work. It’s a great place to catch colds. India(an) owner is probably too frugal for his own good. Not going back there again.

This property looks like most in the area, but it has not been updated. The pet area was in disrepair i.e. no grass, weedy. There was a heater in my room but it didn't work. Which meant the bathroom was also freezing cold. I cancelled my second night there and asked for a refund which I did NOT receive.

This was our third stay at Lamplighter. We love it and very much prefer it over the hotel chains. The owner is incredibly nice.

Ok stay.
The manager was very nice and willing to please. The facility was older, but recently refurbished. Our room was neat and had everything we needed; water pressure was good, but the showerhead and faucet had some out of control spraying. Housekeepers need to pay attention to cleaning surfaces that people touch, such as outside of microwave, etc. Convenient to Bryce Canyon NP and Cedar Breaks Natl monument.

Larger room, updated look, easy parking. Either the bed frame or mattress was broken, one side sloped to the edge. I slept on the other side but rolled to the broken side during my sleep and woke to almost falling out of bed. Room was worth the price, but nothing exceptional.

Cute quaint little town. Older building they have made some renovations on. They have hand written signs posted in several areas which is tacky.

No question this is a good pick for a bargain, and for the most part it is in good shape. One major issue was the tub/shower plumbing in that I was ankle deep in water halfway into my shower

It is 2 star hotel.
We think this hotel is quiet and convenient for 2 star hotel. It provides minimal services. No coffee provided at the office. It is what we expected.
